I requested for transfer of my dsl to my new address since last January 28, now it's February 5 already and until now no one is coordinating for the said request.
What's up? Why the delay? How long shall I wait for you to re-connect the said dsl?
Account number: 324198571.
The promise your office made is 3-4 days, i suppose it's more than 3-4 days now.
Why? and even no update? duh, why?

ALex ACCOUNT NUMBER 324198571 STAND ALONE Why until now my dsl is not connected!!!!!! What is wrong with bayantel people? Are you sleeping over your work? When will this be connected? Jan 28, 2010 when I requested for the transfer. Feb 1, cut my dsl already. When do you intend to connect the dsl? Why so long? Why no update?

You started a thread entitled: very delayed processing of request for transfer of address in the same section as this thread you have opened.
Then you started another one in the Bayan Phone Support Section: Very Inefficient service.
There is no need to double post as the moderators do check all the posts in the different sections of the Forum.
