Which light goes off? Have you reported this to the technical support hotline? What have they advised you?

Moving to BayanDSL Support.

If this is a Huawei modem, does the ADSL Link remain steady? You can also try recreating your PPPoE dialer if the ADSL light remains steady. We do have a tutorial on how to create a dialer in the Do It Yourself Section.

Have you reported this to the technical support hotline?

Not yet. No landline here. By the way, can they accommodate this online report?

This is a Forum Sir. We are all subscribers here. It just so happens that some of our fellow Forumers are working for Bayan DSL hence we can do follow ups. Thus, the need to report this to the hotline still. Our fellow forumers and moderators working for BayanDSL cannot make follow ups unless we report this directly to the hotline first. Also, the technical support hotline is totally separate from the Forum, thus they won't be able to process or read any of this, except the management of Bayan which again is separate from the tech support hotline. I am sorry but we can only do follow ups in the Forum. Please report this first to the technical support hotline. Thank you.
