Yesterday it was a weird thing happen,I cant access my internet thru my router, akala ko sira ang router ko,but then some of my friends and clients called me for the same problem, wala daw silang access sa internet thru router,we tried to run the internet to stand alone setup at meron naman, hanggang dumami ang call sa akin same problem, nawalan sila ng access using router.
Bina block na ba ng bayantel ang internet access passing thru a router?

i think you tried direct modem and got internet access then....
router is like PC.. their configuration may corrupt any time.. so only thing what you do is reset your router and reconfigure anything..

it doesnt matter when did you buy it,, all product are sh*t that can wreck anytime, so dont complain... or if problem still persist, just go to your store, that where did you brought that router and ask for replacement or fix.

impossible magkaroon ng blocking si bayan ng router hindi tayo naka-MAC filtering like skybroadband or smart BTS line... check your router first..

Guys,
Paki usap po mga bossing. Can we refrain from using inappropriate words in the Forum? I have a nephew who does go into the Forum. Most of the posts here are in Tagalog, thus readily understandable to him (nakikita din niya kasi that I do stuff here so he checks what is in here). The other main reason, this is a public forum. Walang private section ang Forum natin except the PMs. Everything that is posted in the Forum board is visible to anybody who visits the Forum and they don't have to log in. Salamat.
As for router being blocked by Bayan, I don't think so. Lahat na sana na me router e di nablock. Besides, how will you do that? Sabi nga ni Mod KHUPALKAH di tayo naka MAC addressing gaya ng cable so it will be very difficult to block the usage of routers. Besides, DNNIWA also have a point, parang PC lang yan na kinabit mo sa modem.
As for your friends encountering the same problem? Coincidence. That happens even when there is no seeming explanation. LONEVOYAGER007 what troubleshooting did you do? Hindi mo naman dinitalye dito eh. Besides, your internet works fine thru a modem so isa lang ibig sabihin nun, ok yung internet line mo. Router problem yan. Same with your friend.
Moving to Computers and Gadgets. Problem with router not with DSL line.
FLAMERS shall be severely sanctioned!!! Please lang MATINONG TANONG LANG SANA ANG ITANONG instead of NONSENSE ONES. The Forum is NOT an Online Technical Support. sorry miks.. hahha napa wew kasi ako nung sinabi nya na bagu lang yung device nya,,, hahaha, gusto ko lang ipahiwatig na kahit gaanu pa kabago yang device na ginagamit nya mapa branded o hinde. Eh meron talagang chance na magloko yan.
and its like na iniiwasan nya yung problem nya dun sa router nya,, keep faulting on BayanDSL which is no longer possible na nagloloko connection nila, dahil meron nga silang internet with direct modem.
