I recently bought a Linksys WRT54GH-TH. My problem is that every after, more or less 5 minutes, I always get disconnected. I pinged the router and a website. At first everything ran smoothly, then I get a message from the cmd ping:
Hardware error. Destination host unreachable. Destination host unreachable. Destination host unreachable. Destination host unreachable. Destination host unreachable.
all the way down
then I get connected again. Is there a fix for this problem?
I'm running an IBM thinkpad r50 and I don't get these kinds of problems on other wireless connections.
halos mga 4 meters away lang yung laptop from the router.

halos mga 4 meters away lang yung laptop from the router. Please do as what diablongbaliw advised. Do you have problems connecting to the internet with just the modem?
Further, if you have other computers connected to the router, do you also experience the same problem or is it just with your IBM Thinkpad R50?
