Nope... I have been using it also. In lay man's terms they are not really tweaks that affect the kernel of Firefox. They are just settings changes that affect how Firefox connects to the web. Although I noticed, every time an update occurs with Firefox, sometimes the settings are reverted back to the defaults. Although I understand this since everytime there is an update for Firefox, it sorts of "re-installs" itself and imports the old settings from the previous Firefox. Other than that, it works great.

Open a tab, clear the address bar, and then type this: about:config. Then follow the directions posted by the TS.
