Been Having These Internet Problems For 3 weeks now, at wala parin solution. I'm Subscribed to a 2mbps plan. and its really not worth the money. at first it was ok, i was able to download up to 267kbps in torrents and private file hosting sites. NOW "IM DONT GET THE FULL BANDWIDTH THAT YOUR PROMOTING" Dilemma: I wasnt able to use my internet for almost 2 weeks because of your so called "REWIRING OF CABINETS" then i called customer support and they said that they would fix the problem. a technician visited our home. and he "PARTIALLY" fixed it. tested the internet for 1-2 days it was running fine. then poof all of a sudden my DOWNLOAD speeds went down. ive been getting 2885 bits not kbps. tried calling customer support and asked if they could reset my connection but nothing happened. the connection was still the same. P.S. if the moderators are going to scold me for what ive posted. Very nice post. I am so amused.
A few things:
1) We all have the right. It is not just you. FYI. 95% here are subscribers just like you. It does not mean you are paying a higher internet service, you have the right above everyone else here. Nor that does give you an excuse nor the right to break the rules. We are all paying BayanDSL here. The remaining 3% are employees of BayanDSL, BUT they are also subscribers like you and me. The remaining 2% are from Management. So again, with all your due respects, follow the rules and perhaps, we might even welcome you here.
2) We are a community of BayanDSL subscribers. The Forum is NOT an online technical support. Just to set your expectations, we can only do follow ups here thru our fellow subscribers who are employees of Bayan DSL. We, thru our Bayan Moderators and BayanDSL Forumers, forward the concerns here to the technical support hot line.
3) We have rules here. This is a community and therefore, you are obliged to follow the rules. Your post already broke several rules.
a) Your account number is not indicated. b) Your set up is not indicated.
4) Our participation here is by privilege, not a right. This is a community of subscribers of BayanDSL. While this is a feedback mechanism for BayanDSL, the Forum and its members, thru its moderators, have the right to take away that privilege granted to a member who breaks the rules. That is in the rules and with all your due respects, I hope you read it.
5) We all have the right to complain. However, our posting manner must still comply with the rules. Your posting some stuff in all caps indicate you are shouting. Posting in all caps, unless indicated to be of emphasis, is considered rude in any internet forum. We do not tolerate rude behavior in the Forum. Needless to say, this is your final notice for your posting manner.
Needless to say Sir: Your post alone violated 3 rules in the Forum. It is the basics of joining any community to familiarize ourselves with any rules or conventions before we start asserting ourselves in the Community. While we are not stopping you from complaining, and do encourage you to let us know here your woes, your post must conform with the established rules in the Forum.
Bottom line: The moderators have the right to scold you for your posting manner, and for breaking the rules. Bottom line: We are a community of subscribers and so therefore you must comply and conform with the rules. Your paying a higher internet service does not give you any form of right above us here because we are all subscribers like you and have equal rights. We are all paying Bayan like you. While you have the right to complain, your posts must conform with the standards of our community. You may leave us all in peace if you decide not to conform or comply with the rules. After all, you still can email Bayan your concerns thru their email: customersupport@bayan.com.ph, or you may call their hot line to follow up your concerns. After all, this is just a Forum and the best we can do for you is still to forward your complains to the Bayan Technical Support hot line.
Thank you and have a good evening.

I suggest you make your "Freedom of speech" somewhere else... There are lots of free blog site. I have a friend who was also very mad about the bad services she had from an ISP and she posted all here bad experiences on her blog post. You know what happened? Someone from that ISP offered to fix her problem. Ironic isn't it? :d/ Well.. just a suggestion.

Please post your account number. If you will post issues here about your DSL line, you MUST conform with the rules.
This is the last time I will remind you of that. Thank you.
FYI. I also went thru what you went thru before. They got it fixed. Like I said in my reply to you, you are not the only one paying BayanDSL. We are all subscribers here. I hope that is very clear.
FYI. Technical Support's number is 411-2000. Customer Support's number (for phone issues) is 412-12-12 option 0 option 1.

Mahirap talaga makipag-buno sa mga bagay na wala tayong total control. Ang maigi sigurong gawin ninyo sir/mam is to downgrade your subscription.

They Dont Offer That Kind of Service. Ung Downgrade. you have to first disconnect your line then apply for a lower bandwidth connection. All i wanted is to get the exact service that i am paying. Please note, there is a big difference between transfer rate (measured by speedtest) and the actual download rate (which combines the latency to the site you are downloading from and your transfer rate). Is this for all sites? Or just from rapidshare?
You may reply to the question being asked upon complying with the instructions provided earlier in this thread.

Remember it is the one behind the PC that can make or break. Gamers like shuuky also owns a high end PC.
This does not take take the possibility, however, of the problem coming from the ISP.
Your swaggering way of posting is not really a welcome groove to everyone here. Please take note of that. Thank you.
