HELP! I applied for a Phone line + DSL bundle last saturday Feb 27 at Valenzuela Bayan Center. Today, March 5, dumating sa bahay yung mag-iinstall. Wala ako sa bahay personally since I'm at work so my Mom assisted the installer. The problem is na install na ang linya pero wala naman dial-tone. Sabi nung installer itawag daw sa Customer Service dahil iba daw atang Cabinet yung pinagkabitan. Gusto ko sana i-report ngayon sa Customer Service pero wala naman binigay na number yung nag install. Yung account number nung application wala din sakin ngayon and di ko maantay kung next week na naman toh maayos. Bakit ganun hindi smooth yung installation parang walang communication between the contractor who installs and bayantel itself

Tawag ka alang sa Bayan Customer Service 412-1212 local 1, then local 0 (zero). Ibigay mo lang sa CS ang full name ng account holder and we'll make follow ups para ire-dispatch yung mga nag-install ng line niyo. User, [yoo-zer] n. i was able to report my case sa CSR last friday. Binigyan ako ng status number and nag sabi na mabilis na lang daw yun at maayos siya the next day. (saturday). Saturday the whole day i waited wala naman nag punta. (it has been 1 week already since i applied for phone line + dsl) I called again sunday para i-report uli. Binigay ko yung case number and nagulat ako nung sinabi ng CSR na nag request daw ako ng disconnection sa line ko. Ang sabi ko "HA? Eh nag re-request nga ako ng application bakit disconnection ang nakalagay sa records niyo?!" I am getting frustrated already. Sabi niya i-re-request daw niya uli at it will take 3-5 days. 3-5 days na naman?!? Whatever happened to the initial 3-5 days na ipinangako sa akin?? Dapat pala ang sinasabi nila is 10 days minimum. Wala bang guarantee ang installation time ng Bayan????
