this it to inform that after announcing the news that there will be a rotating brownouts, my internet starts to change. when i'm watching stream videos it always pause alot. and sometimes it looses it sounds. i'm a fan of watching live stream videos, like gma and abs-cbn and etc. well, i thought it last only for a day but i was alarmed because this is not a normal scenario. i've been experiencing this for about a week already. and i thought you were fixing any disturbances, but its already a week ago, and still it happens. i've noticed that in the morning i have a reasonable connection until 12 noon, its starts to slower my connection till evening and i didn't even bother to test at mid morning, because i have a work to do at day.
i need a quick solution for this problem, its because we have a very important discussion this week from our company any we need to join there thru internet by video conferencing etc.
quickest problem to be solved will be a great relief from us.
please if you have any suggestion or any help, that will be much appreciate for any of you.
