I'm almost 4 years subscriber and we pay complete and accurately every month "ni isa wala kaming case na hindi nagbayad or na delay sa pag bayad!". But the service is NOT GOOD talaga. Im tired already to report SAME SAME SAME problem pabalik balik nalang and then when I call the customer service to verify again what the status of my problem (ticket#) the network support group said that wala naman daw problem sa connection ko... my goodnesss tatawag ba ang katulad kong subscriber na matagal na kung walang problema.

The sad part ganun nalang ni wala man lang call. Sorry to say magalit kayo I don't care alam naman nating lahat na tiga bayantel ang nagmamanage ng forum na ito I dont think I can get fair result here.

Sa mga Globe Subscriber pm naman status connection I checked the packages they offering ang dami at ang gagandaDancing , Ano ba yung kinuha ninyo? bukas punta ko center para apply for the connection. Any suggestion any forum nila ? When I checked the iternet ang dami kalat sa ibat ibang website at international forum kalat sila saan ba yung dito sa atin sa PH?

It is in the rules that when posting problems with the DSL, you are supposed to post your account number. Kindly read the rules. Thank you.

If you think of it as that way, then why did you post here in the first place? This Forum was set up by people from BayanDSL for their subscribers. It is managed by the moderators. The technical support hotline and the Forum are two separate entities. While this is a feedback mechanism, this is primarily a venue for subscribers to interact as a community.

Wow... Dito ka pa nagtawag ng subscribers ng competitor. Ain't that funny. Errr... As far as I know, it is only BayanDSL that has their own Forum. The other competitors do not have this. They have what is similar to iwantv.com.ph. But a Forum like this? I doubt. Why not Google it instead of asking it hear?

If that is how you put it. If you do not post your account number in your next post, chances are, we will lock this thread because only bonafide subscribers of Bayan are allowed to post their concerns here. By the way, that is in the rules.

Hi Mikos [or any other mod available]

It's offpeak hours [2:30AM] and i noticed that my bandwith is not up to the plan im paying for 2699php [im only getting 2mbps]. Can anyone on your end fix this? im sure its just a matter of switching me to the port where the same planholders belong

Plus your latencies are still sky high given that its 2:30am on a sunday early morning. [no offices and nobody using the net]

like most of the guys around here, ive never missed a payment since i started with bayandsl 2-3 years ago. I do think i deserve someone a better quality service

ive emailed customersupport before i posted this here. If you can follow it up, all the better. Thanks
