2mbps should be implemented :( since 720p Videos requires 2mbps of net speed

without buffering? maybe your net is too stable, try searching God of war 3 Trailer HD and watch it in 720p

With Bayan's new plans, I will be in it already as you suggested 720p requires 2mbps connections.
But that is beside the point. There are instances when I am able to stream 720p stuff in You Tube either because not so many people are viewing it (like my videos done in 720p and 1080p but that is just shared privately among my friends) or there are not so many people using the net. There are also instances when some HD videos do take some buffering, initially.
But with the new plan upgrades, this should answer your request.
