hi, i have a question about upgrading my plan from plan 899 (768kbps) to plan 999 (1.0mbps).

1. will there be charges for the upgrade?

2. will i be locked in for 12 months again? i already been a plan 899 subscriber for 2 years already.

hope my questions would be answered. thanks very much.

There are no charges for upgrading.

Yes you will be locked in again for one year from the time the upgrade takes effect (which is usually within 24 hours).
