medyo dimayado ako ngayong araw nato dahil sa dito sa letter nato.

Sabi niya or lang daw ang speed ko 256kbps ang guaranteed speed sa mga peak time.

sa toto-o lang talagang BS ang letter. march 11,12,13,14 - 16 and 17 maganda ang connection ko peak or off peak.

Ngayon hindi pa nakatulog ng ma-ayos test ko kasi kagabi off peak 1am to 2am ganon parin ang speed.

parang he Treated me and my company as a normal residential subscriber.

FYI this is business. and im paying Pesos 5,500 monthly then what i receive is is ok to receive 256kbps in peak time, yong mga customer ko is nasa peak time.

Please kasi follow up lang po yong complain ko sa taas.

Salamat.

I will be making a follow up on this already via the Bayan Moderators.
Do you also get the same results when you are connected directly to the modem (one PC connected directly to the modem)?

@thank you Mikos.

yes i did always.

Direct to Modem.

@khupalkah.

You are assuming that im speedtesting while my clients are connected. I have 20 now soon be 24

I have here 3 more bayantel accounts and one globelines.
to clarify the problem, and i hope readers here can understand.

.

(1) NetValue 2mbps (Now has bandwidth Problem)

(2) NetBasic 1mbps ( Speed at Optimun no Problem)

(1) Business Pro 3Mbps Static

You are right that Netvalue is for 8 clients
and Net Basic is for 4 client, but you dont know that i use "Flow balance" to forward request from IP(LAN IP address) source to specific ******.

**** is expensive but intelligent same as Cisco Routers.

and i have to another (1) 1mbps Netbasic but for personal use only 1 PC connected

Here is my Speed Test now

here is result on March 16. yan ang good connection after ma fix nila problem ko sa March 16. kaso ngayon bumalik ulit

march 11,12,13,14 - 16 and 17 yang ang mga araw na magagandang connection ko.

ewan ko bakit sasabihin nila ok ang connection na 256kbps or 800kbps kahit 5,500 NetValue or 10K Netpro.
parang 2mbps is not worth selling in Maasin or Leyte kung speed is 256 or 1.1mbps lang

May na Receive pala ako email kanina.

Dear Sir / Madame,

We have talked with our Maasin Engineers about this matter. The results was conducted as a standalone connection in which you have got a good speed which resulted to :

First : 1.15mbps
Second : 1.05mbps
Third : 0.99mbps

Latency was over 8ms to 32ms which was resulted OK.

Thanks and Best Regards,

Good raw. ang speed nayan is Netbasic. parang sinasabi rin kahit anong gawin mo good parin yan , but you have to pay 5,500 kasi yan ang subscription mo.

Mga ka members at mods. good ba yan?

Add Kulang.

My Assumtion. Baka affected na kami sa my mga Business Subcription sa Murang Upgrade ng Residential.

Reality: You'll loose busines accounts while gaining new residential account upgrade. but businesses will transfer to Globelines at get 3mbps (2,250 pesos) or 5mbps(5K pesos )Static account
