Nag-request po kasi kami ng upgrade from our current 1,699 plan to 1,999 plan. Last night meron daw tumawag sa wife ko and told her na ok na raw po ang pag-upgrade(I think what she meant was effective na). So ito ako ngayon afternoon lang ako makapag-computer ulit and check ko sana kung ok na nga ang pag-upgrade pero yun mga results na nakukuha ko is possibleng may mali lang:


Tumawag po ako sa support number, the girl checked our account and ok naman daw dun so she just offered to reset the connection kasi burstible naman yon as they always say. Medyo di po ako convinced kasi bayandsl always provides us with the appropriate speed whatever subscription plan pa from 768kbps and nung pa upgrade kami sa 1.2mb tama naman po ang bigay nila. Palagay ko ay nagkamali lang naman siguro ngayon in our case and nabigay na speed sa amin is para dun sa plan na 1.5mb.
We would really appreciate it if someone here can double check for us, bale ang gusto po sana namin is upgrade from the old 1.2mb plan(1,699pesos) papunta ng 2.0mb plan (1,999pesos). Maraming Salamatacct number: 304291354 Sound System RentalWeb Design and GraphicsClassified Ads Buy and Sell

A tech support guy came by just a couple of minutes ago and spoke on the phone to somebody on bayandsl's end.
He then told us to wait for his call because he will be going out to check on something. After a while he called up and asked if I can test the
connection. I immediately tested and gave me 2.0mb as the result.
So I acknowledged that our subscription plan upgrade to 2.0mb is now WORKING. The tech guy told me what they did was port re-block. Thank you very much for the quick response.
