Kindly please read the rules.
Please post your account number.
Post your set up (like if you are using a router or direct PC to modem connection).
Post also what happens to your DSL light when you get disconnected. Does it remain steady or it blinks.
Further, you also need to advise us here if you have reported this to the technical support hotline.
Non compliance to the above said directives in your next post will mean the closure of your thread
Thank you.

You are having problems with an intermittent connection.
You may check the following:

1) Check if your modem is near any of the following devices: TV sets (CRT Monitors also), UPS, AVRs, transformers, high powered lamps, huge speakers, base of wireless phones, refrigerators, air con, routers (if you own one, it is not advisable that it is inches beside the modem, 12-24 inches distance is recommended), and other similar devices.
2) Check also if the phone cable connecting the modem to the ADSL filter for any bites, exposed wires or irregularities.
3) Check also the brown cable connecting the phone jack to the box outside of your house for any irregularities, bite marks, or exposed wires.
4) Check also if the phone cable connecting the modem to the ADSL filter is the correct length (roughly three meters).
5) If you have a carpet like table cloth where you place the modem, better place a thick book in between as this can cause static electricity and thus affect your internet connection.
6) Make sure that the modem is in a well ventilated area.
7) Check if the phone cable connecting the modem to the ADSL filter is mingling with many wires coming from other appliances. If it does, better isolate or segregate them and move the modem's phone cable away from the other wires.
8) If you use phone extensions, please remove them as the ADSL filter supplied during the installation can only handle one phone unit.

These things can help enhance your connection in the long run. If you still experience the problem, please contact technical support via 411-2000 if you are in Metro Manila or 181 thru any Bayan Phone if you are in the provinces.

You can also email them at customersupport@bayan.com.ph. In the body of your email, please include your account number, name of the account holder, your contact and alternate numbers, and a description of the problem, including what happens to the ADSL link when you get disconnected, as well as what you have done so far to resolve the problem. They will provide you a fault ticket number if there is a need to send out a technician (which is usually the case). You may post that here along side your account number (which can be located in your DSL/Phone bill) so that we can use in case the Bayan Moderators need to do a follow up on this. I hope this helps.

I got confused there. If you are referring to port reset, you have to request that from the technical support hotline.

Sir have you reported this to the technical support hot line?

Mababa po yung speed niyo. Minimum of 384 kbps dapat yan.

Itawag mo lang sa 181 (from any Bayan Phone, also if you are in the province) or sa 411-2000 (if you are in Manila). Sabihin mo na mababa yung speed na nakukuha mo. Usually yung makakausap mo papuntahin ka sa www.speedtest.net. You can tell them na nagawa mo na yun at sabihin mo kung gano kababa yung nakukuha mo. Just be sure to be available the following day or yung araw na sasabihin sa iyo ng hotline para makausap mo yung technician at masabi mo din yung observations mo sa connection mo.

Sensha na. Ngayon ko lang nakita itong post mo. Most of us Mods are already on vacation mode for the Holy Week. But we will try to assist pa din dito sa Forum.

I know the feeling. I will make another follow up on this thru our Bayan Moderators. Although I am not expecting them to be back until after Holy Week.
