guys just upgraded yesterday to plan 999 1mbps. ok na ok yung connection ko pero ang problema ko is when i tried to connect with @sod ng past 10pm na. ayaw niya mag connect. so ginawa ko tinangal ko ang @sod ayun connected na ulit. bakit kaya ganito mga sir?

Sir... Forum lang po ito... We can only make follow ups dito sa technical support hotline provided it has been reported to them already. Sila po kasi yung main support arm ng BayanDSL. Forum lang po tayo ng mga subscribers and some employees of BayanDSL who are also subscribers. Maraming salamat.

Please read the rules. It is stated in the rules that problems with the DSL must first be reported to the technical support hotline. The technical support hotline remains to be the main technical support arm of Bayan DSL. I encourage you to read it.

Further more, Forums like this is already employed in the US. It is not a replacement for an online technical support. That is very clear in the rules. This is not to be mistaken that problems can be reported here and acted upon as we do not have any form of verifying the accounts in the Forum. We do follow ups here however, as we do have members who are employees of Bayan DSL. But please take note that there assisting us here is outside of their function as employees of BayanDSL as everything here is on voluntary basis.

Lastly, with all your due respects, let this serve as your second notice for an off topic post. Please read the rules and avoid posting in such a manner. Thank you.

sir easy ka lang you can always send an email to TS for your concerns if you dont have a landline
and this forum can help make ff up's.
this forum consists of subscribers too not just bayan emp.
