Please post your account number. Kindly read the rules also.
If you are complaining about speed, please post the speed test results from www.speedtest.net with Quezon City as the test server.

Advise us also if you have reported this to technical support hot line.

A few comments:

The actual download rate will be affected by many factors and that varies from one site to another site. I can see you are downloading from rapidshare. Is this a free account? Further, does this happen with the other sites where you download from? I will not wonder though if you have such a speed from rapidshare if this is a free account.

Hmmm.... This is not your actual connection speed. This is just the speed between your modem and your PC, aka your LAN speed. A PC connected to a modem already constitutes a LAN (local area network). That is not the actual speed of your DSL line. I hope this sheds light and adds up to your knowledge.

And as MOD Khupalkah pointed out. You have so many toolbars and Java. Let me name them:

1) Google Toolbar
2) Yahoo Toolbar
3) PageRage

Those toolbars also consume bandwidth in the background, whether you are using them or not. You might want to look into that also.

Further the fact that you have Java Runtime Environment (JRE) can also lead to a slow down. It depends on the machine you use and the OS you have and how you have updated your JRE.

I am not pointing to these things though. It is just that, these are the things that we do find odd in your screenshot. Unless you have specific uses for the toolbars, and you know their effects, you will not have more than one installed unless they are totally different in terms of function.

HI,

Ung speed on demand di naman umaabot ng 2048kbps as advertise, the most is 1.7mb, mmamaya ipost ko ung speedtest ko.

I'm using a Core 2 Quad 2.66, 3mb RAM and 1gig video card

Hopefully totoo ang naka advertise sa inyo about the speed for plan 1999 and the speed on demand.

Salamat
Mikos
