pwde po ba tanong sa mods ... regarding 3:40am - 4:20 am range ng time d2 samin lagi nawawala net connection everyday
nagtanong me sa mga friends ko n may bayantel DSL at gnun din sa knila ... eto po ba time ng maintenance nyo coz di lng me nwwlan net connection sa ganung oras bale haloslhat kmi at yung area nmin ay sa legazpi city ^____^

Post also what happens with your DSL when you get disconnected. Does it remain steady or does it blink?

I've been experiencing the exact same problem. Ilang beses ko na to nireport sa customer service pero hangang ngayon di pa naayos.. and I'm living here in Davao.

bale pag ganun oras sir ang haba ng ping timeout tpos need mo na reconnect pero may delay na di instant na makaka connect .. everytime ang gngwa ko ay nag aantay me ng mga 10-15 mins tpos that time nakaka connect na sorry sir mejo bago pa lng me kc d2  here's the account # 306000330 ... nakapangalan sya sa sister ko

everytime tumatawag me sa 181 askin for this kind of problem within that time range n nwwla net ang sabi nila lagi ay may net connection daw sa oras n yan at di down ang bayantel pero everyday ganyan range time nwwla net sakin and i called my friends w/ bayantel DSL also and they have same problem and we all from legazpi city area , btw i dont know their account # and i dont know if they do forums at all

Since you have reported this to the hotline already, I will make a follow up on this with the Bayan Moderators. Could you please tell us what happens to your DSL light when you get disconnected. Does it remain steady? Does it blink? Totally ba walang internet during that time or intermittent (paputol putol)?
