I reported this problem like 5 times already since last year.. pero di pa rin na ayos. Kaya pinabayaan ko nalang at nakasanayan ko na din yng problema. Every time ireport ko yng problema, ang sasabihin ng CSR baka daw may problema sa wiring sa bahay namin pero I doubt may problema kasi ilang beses na to nicheck ng bayan technician at wlang problema and the problem only starts in between 3 to 5 am daily.

Sana ma ayos na tong problema na to.

Think that's my problem too but i just solve it hehe..

1st: Request a reset of your modem Dial 181 for costumer support just mentioned your area code and your phone no.

2nd: download this one TCP Optimizer it helps a lot. http://www.speedguide.net/downloads.php i will send to you the proper configuration later.

3rd: this also helps you Reconnect 1.5 http://www.easyfreeware.com/files/reconnect.zip/2782

Then boom! your disconnection is minimize.. Angel Angel Angel

Tweaks lang naman kasi ang mga yan to improve the connection based on how the OS manages and processes the bandwidth. Other than that, if the problem is really with the line, it won't do much help. The advise provided by arct though is nice since it is a way to improve the connection.
When was the last time you reported this to the hotline? That way, I would know what to tell the Bayan Mods, when I do the follow up.

Kalimutan ko na.. last january yata.. pwede nyo po ma check sa records namin, maraming report about disconnection every 3 AM. Naka usap ko na rin supervisior nyo and di rin nya alam kung ano ang dahilan sa disconnection every 3 AM.. Same reasons, baka daw may problema yung line tapos papuntahin daw ng technician dito sa bahay, pagdating ng tech, ang sabi nya wlang problema. hayz..

Unfortunately if you have not reported that lately to the technical support hotline, I won't be able to make any follow ups. Fault tickets or report numbers issued by the technical support hotline are closed if the subscriber does not follow it up. I suggest you report this again to them so I can follow this up with the Bayan Moderators.

sir ganito din prob ko, within that time range lagi napuputol net ang habang ping timeout .... nakailang tanong na ko about ganyan na prob tru 181 pero prob wala nmn ata naga check na technician na ganun na oras ... and halos everyday po sir ganito na eencounter ko ... ganitong time range (3am - 5am) po ba na naga down ang server sa bayantel sir?
