As I have stated previously in your other post... If you do not know the cause of the problem, how can you provide the solution...

Logical di ba?

I was merely addressing what you posted. And by the way, it is everyone's responsibility to post something worthwhile. You reap what you sow.

As for the post of Mod Khupalkah, he simply stated that it is the EAC and IntraAsia that is fixed and fully operational. The APCN2 still has no updates. March 19 lang nag start yung sa APCN2. If I have updates regarding it I would have posted it.

At ALL:

This thread was intended to be an Updates thread. It was intended to localize all the updates to one thread. Initially, I intended this ONLY for Moderators and BayanDSL Forumers. However, since not all BayanDSL Forumers are moderators, I kept it open, hoping that everyone will be disciplined enough to deal only with the updates, and not post their sentiments. The behavior though that I have seen turned out to be contrary. Hence the following directive:

This Thread is only for BayanDSL Forumers and Forum Moderators. Updates will be posted as needed by these people. Post from other Forumers, unless in line with the update posted will be deleted.

Thank you.

I found these articles in my search of APCN2.

Unity Cable System Completed, Boosts Trans-Pacific Connectivity
4.8Tbps up bilateral route, a new submarine cable "Unity" is up
Optical submarine cable linking Japan and the U.S. "Unity" has started operation

'Di madali ang installation ng mga cables na ito. It's a global scale in terms of its size. At 'di rin ganung kadali ang i-operate ito. If these massive cables are still under testing, I think it will take months para maperfect nila ito. Opinion at point of view ko lang ito guys ha... I'm not saying na ito talaga ang nangyayari.

Sana makatulong.

To the Mods, pakibura nalang kung 'di related dito ang post ko. Salamat. Angel

User, [yoo-zer] n. The word computer professionals use when they mean "idiot".

Thanks Jargonman...

I checked the articles... They are fairly recent. Aligning this with the repairs the last time, unless it is already finished, then it may take some time. Yes, you are right on that. They are not easy to install nor lay out. Pero as of now ata, completed na siya. Testing na lang to make sure it is functional.

I've been trying to call your customer support hotline (411-2000) for the past 2 hours and it's always busy. I've also tried the numbers listed here http://bayandsl.multiply.com/journal/item/38/Direct_Phone_Lines_to_BayanDSL_Tech_Support_Unit_Heads, and also called 4492959, but still no answer. My dl rate has been maxed out at 30kbps all day. Is there any other way to reach your customer support?

This thread is only for updates. You can email them also: customersupport@bayan.com.ph. Further, the site you referred to is already outdated. Some of those numbers I believe are no longer in use.

New Update:

If you are experiencing slow downs in the access of some websites, BayanDSL is currently fixing some of its international linkages. This is based on the post made by Mod Khupalkah in one of the threads (currently now closed upon the request of the thread starter).

Currently there is no ETA as to when will this be fixed. Any further update will be provided here or in threads where the moderators deem it is appropriate. PLEASE NOTE ALSO THAT ONLY MODERATORS AND ADMINS CAN POST IN THIS THREAD.

For questions, please email or PM the moderators. Thank you.
