2 araw n po kaming walang net, ngaun lng nag ka net tumawag kasi kami sa CS ni report namin walang dial tone ung telephone at the same time wala din kaming net, my pumunta na tech d2, kaya daw wala kaming telephone at net na "banga daw kasi ng truck" ung cabinet ng malabon? ask ko lng po kung totoo ung sinasabi nya kasi d patapos ung problem na DDC DC kami ngaun at ung telephone namin nwawalan walan ng dial tone.... ang bigat ng problem n 2 paki solve nmn po kagd pls

Call 4112000 sir and tell them that after ma-restore yung phone and DSL nyo after the cabinet was hitted by a truck is naging INT yung connection mo.
