sir help nmn laging dc connection ko, 2.5mbs yung plan ko lagi naddc minsan kakaconnect plng dc na agad.
araw-araw na po ako 2matawag sa customerservice reset lang lagi ginagawa nila 3x na din napalitan un modem ko ganun pa din. nagpalit na din po ako ng bnew router to bnew ulit same pa din.

Good day po sir naireport nyo na po ba sa bayantel ang problem nyo sa connection. pero may pwede din po kayo gawin hangat wala pa yung technician ni bayantel. minsan kasi ang cause ng lagin dc eh sa linya kung matitignan mo yung maliit na box dyan na pinag sasaksakan ng telephone wire patuntang modem minsan maluwag lang sa pagkaka screw. kung may bundle na phone naman ang internet mo minsan sa paglalagay ng extension o kaya sira na yung splitter mo na pwede naman mag request ng bago kung talagang sira na. kung may lalumaan na naman yung linya mo pwede din mag cause na lagi dc ng connection mo minsan kasi sa linya hindi natin nakikita na meron na palang open part sa cable o kaya ngatngat ng daga. ngayon kung ok naman ang line mo sa loob ng bahay next option ng tech. yung linya sa labas ang pinaka last option nya eh yung port assign mo na maaring may problema. pag nag kaka trouble kasi itong connection ko misan nagtatanung din ako sa technician na pumupunta dito para kung sakali na magkatrouble at dito lang ang problema magagawa ko na.

Pag wala b yung router na-ddc din yung connection mo?

yes sir na ddc pa din po, sir kahit sa single pc lang dc pa din. bago na po lahat ng telephone wires at pati un splitter lahat po pinalitan na namin, na scan na din po namin un pc walang virus, kpag mo may ngpupuntang technician dito pinapalitan lang nila yung modem,. sir help nmn po, kaninang morning kakatawag lang ulit namin sa customer service nyo.

May open report na po for droptesting. Pahintay na lng po yung feedback ng tech.

What happens when the tech arrived? May ginawa ba sya? CLOSED na po yung report eh, no trouble found as per the tech.

sai nun tech babalik daw sya. hindi na bumalik aun. sir yung katabi naming computer shop hndi nmn nag ddc yung net nila, ganun din samin dati nun nag pa upgrade kami in 2.5mbps aun lagi na sya na ddc

bakit ganun lagi na lng din kmi nDDC. since nung ngpabayanDSL kmi un na lng lagi prob nmin nkakatamad na nga po tumawag sa customer service nyo kc nrereset lng nmn ung connection wla nmn ngyayare. anu ba dpat gawin? tulad ngayon ngemail ako sa customer service nyo hnd nsend. paki auz nmn po ung connection nmin... maraming salamat..

sir add ko lang kasi before un katabi namin comp shop ganito din prob. ang ginawa nun tech, may inaus yata dun sa box malapit dito samin after nun hindi na sila ulit nagkaroon ng problema sa connection nila. thanks

Good day po Moderator..Baka pwede pong makahingi ng kind assistance na po sa inyo..Ang concern ko po..tuwing uulan na lang..laging paputol-putol po ang aking dsl connection..matagal na pong concern yan..may nagpupunta na technician at magagawa then pag umulan uli..ayun uli yung problem na paputol-putol ang connection.Indi ba po pwedeng palitan ng bago ang kableng nakakabit sa akin..? bka po dahil na din sa kalumaan dahil matagal na din po nyo akong subs...para po maniwala kayo sa aking complain..may I suggest na paki tingnan nyo po ang series ng report ko..yun at yun po lagi ang akin dinadaing na problema. up to now..pag ganitong umuulan..unsolve pa rin po ang problem...sana po matulungan at masolusyunan nyo po ang aking problema sa dsl connection nyo..ito po ang aking account no...319027688..maraming salamat po..
