Heto yung account number:101235726

Matapos yung bagyong Basyang, wala na kaming net. May nag punta naman para tignan yung problema pero after ilang punta nila, parang nag give up na sila. Ang sabi nila, sa lines na raw yung problema yung tipong may kukumpunihin na sa poste.

Nakakainis lang kasi ang hassle gumamit ng prepaid broadband.

May possibility kayang hindi pabayaran sa amin yung isang buwan na yun? Kasi unfair naman na magbayad pa rin kami para sa period kung saan down ang net.

Sana naman gawan na nila ng action ito. Loyal Bayan customer pa naman kami since nung nag sisimula palang yung Bayan.

Kung hindi mapipilitan kami na pa disconnect na yung DSL connection namin at lumipat na lang sa ibang provider.

May nkaOPEN pa pong report ito F9995134, pinaresched ng mother nyo tom yung repair, yung rebates po is based on the Fault tickets created, and also in your PPPOE logs, upon checking valid nga po ito for 1 month rebate becoz your last PPPOE logs was July 12, 2010. Pag narestore na po yung DSL nyo just advised me ako mismo gagawa ng dispute for adjustment.

Bayan has a really crappy customer and technical support. Hanggang ngayon hindi pa rin na re resolve yun issue. Naka ilan punta na rin yung mga tech guys dito sa bahay tapos ang naging recommendation eh palitan na yung cabling/wiring ng phone at dsl namin para maayos na yung internet connection. Pero wtf, nung tumawag kanina yung father ko, na deny daw yung request para gawin yung pagpapalit ng wiring at cabling sa bahay. Ano bang klaseng logic meron ang Bayan. Magpapapunta sila ng mga tao sa bahay at magbibigay ng recommendation pero sinasalungat naman dun sa mismong office. Ang labo talaga. Nakaka disappoint lang kasi ang tagal na naming Bayan customer pero ganito pa igaganti sa amin. Malapit na talaga kami magpa disconnect at lumipat na lang sa ibang provider.

Sana lang hindi mangyari ito sa ibang Bayan customers.

Nakakalungkot at nakakainis na talaga.

Sir upon checking in your previous FT F9995134 ang problem po is yung in-house wiring as per the tech who attended your fault ticket. Para po maayos yan you need to go to Bayan Center for creation of service order for change location inside.

Na DENY nga daw yung request for change location inside. Tapos napaka inconsistent pa nung quote nila kung magkano ang gagastusin.

Ang labo di ba? Magbibigay ng finding pero pagdating sa office, hindi naman pala granted yung ganung request.
