Hello again. I just wanted to know the exact procedure on how to go about the MBG. All I know is to bring the modem, receipt and the application form to customer service of bayan center. What happens next?

1. Will they provide me receipt as proof that I already returned their modem?
2. Will they also provide me receipt indicating that I will no longer continue with the bayandsl service?
3. Will I immediately get my 1,000 pesos? The agents at bayan center told me I would immediately get my money in cash. Please clarify.
