The thing will not work on your PC if you have set the ZTE modem to be on PPPoE. I saw your post on the PinoyDSL forum. You made changes to your BayanDSL Modem's settings. I will assume that you have set the modem to automatically dial your PPPoE connection as one of the moderators there advised you set the modem to PPPoE and change the modulation to T1.413.

Although, let me make it clear, whatever discussion you have had there is none of our business here since that is a different forum. However, the main reason why I am bringing this up is because you are asking a question pertaining to a certain problem with the DIY posted here, where the details are scant. It is a good thing I saw your post in that Forum and now has an idea why it does not work.

PLEASE BE MORE DETAILED when posting your concerns, otherwise we would not be able to help you.

By the way, modem tampering yung ginawa mo. In the event that you would need a modem replacement and Bayan discovers your modem tampering you can be charged the full amount of the modem's cost. Paalala lang.

Just place the batch file in the Start folder of your Start Menu para automatic na mag run yung Auto Reconnector.
