Pa help naman po! kase naubos na customer ko dahil sa kaka DC.. e2 account number ko.. 335158075
Taga legazpi city po ako.. halos d na kumikita shop ko ng dahil sa connection. pagod na pagod nako kaka reklamo sa customer service.. pareparehas lang din pinapagawa nila. papa off ng modem,pa reset etc.. pero ganun pa rin.. 3 times na me pumuntang technician d2 di rin naman nagawa.. mahigit isang taon ko na pinag ttyagaan to.. pero tlgang pawala na customer ko.. pag di pa rin maaus to malamang mag sara n lang ako ng shop.. sana naman matulungan nyo ako..

alam nyo naman po ang pakiramadam ng napeperwisyo dba? un bang hindi sulit ang perang pinaghirapan mo.. sana maintindihan nyo..

Alam po namin iyon sir/ma'am, kaya po tayo may hotline para dun mag-report. Kung nakapagreport na po kayo at walang action, post nyo d2 yung report number para ma-check nmin or para mai-address ntin sa concerned group yung problema. Angel

The most that we can do for you here is to follow up your concern once you have reported this to the hot line. We are ALL SUBSCRIBERS here just like you. WE make follow ups through our Bayan Moderators who are employees of BayanDSL and who volunteered for the Forum. The Forum is a separate entity from the technical support hot line. Do not worry. We know how it is like to have problems with the DSL because we are also subscribers like you.
