please fix my dsl connection my account number: 340438515

i also reported this to bayan headoffice this reference number has been created at 8/27/2010 # 725990

but when i email the support she said this incident number has been fixed 8/25/2010

bakit kaya fix na raw e karereport lng?

4 times na po to nagrereoccur tlga. i remember dsl technician said na temporary fix lang yun.. the cable outside needs to be reported as well

and ngaun wala nnman talaga ulet sya connection..


any help would be appreciated.
