Good Day, nagpaupgrade ako from plan 899 to plan 999, pero based on new package Quote:New BayanDSL Promo (Free 999 speed upgrade)
*Applicable to All current 899 subs w/ at least 10months tenure
*Lockin upon application: 1 year
Free Upgrade Scheme based on Tenure:
At least 10months = FREE 3 months
At least 1.5years = FREE 6months
At least 3years = FREE 9months
4 years and above = FREE 12months
999-899=P100 FREE dahil sa 3years+ na kame subscriber ng bayan, 9 months na 100 peso less dapat, so same pa rin dapat ang babayaran namin na Php999-100(DSL)+450(Bundledphone)= P 1349.00 ang pinag tataka ko, dumating ang bill namin, at tumataginting na P1748.80 ang babayaran.  pakipaliwanag nga, di ba dapat 899 pa rin ang babayaran sa DSL? baket naging 1,298.90 ang naging service charge? baket nagkaroon ng 999+999+199.80? ang gulo din ng period covered dates.. sana me makasagot ASAP. :)

The 199.80 is the prorated charges from your previous package which is 768kbps

You may pay the 199+999 first, since the bill date of the other 999 is due on the month of September. ibig sabihin ba nito, according dun sa reply sa email, sa september wala ako babayaran na bill for dsl? pero di ba dapat me less 100 na for 9 months? naguluhan ako bigla.

Hi Sir, upon checking you only requested for the regular upgrade from 768kbps to 1mbps. The other upgrade you are mentioning is called "Project Keannu" in Bayan. If you will avail the said upgrade, you are entitled for 9months free (less P100) for 1mbps but your account will be contracted again to 1 year lockin. Upon checking in your email request for upgrade it was only regular upgrade. When you emailed your upgrade request did you indicate there that you will apply for the Upgrade w/ free months based on your tenure?

Hi Sir, kindly coordinate thru hotline or thru email, possibly the CSR who created the service order overlooked your email request. Possible naman na magkaroon ng adjustment re that mistake. Mas maganda kung thru hotline nyo na lng ireport para mas mabilis yung action. Explain mo lng ng mabuti yung incident sa csr na makakausap mo and make sure to get his name for your future reference.

BTW, I've checked that you are subscribed to Bayan since Aug 2007, but the tenure for the free upgrade is based on when you are subscribed @ 899 (768kbps) w/c was last Nov 2007. So the free months is only 6 months (for 1.5yrs tenure and above)

ganun ba, so 6 months na lang, ok lang yun.. nag email na ko, kaso iba sinagot ng csr e.. (post #3) prefer ko kasi ang email kesa sa hotline kasi yung ibang csr hindi alam na merong free upgrade based on tenure, ganito na lang siguro mangyari, bayaran ang 1.7k bill pero next billing e dun mag rereflect lahat ng sobrang bayad, at yung less 100 peso? pwede ba yun?

Kelangan po kc sya magawan ng dispute for adjustment, and kelangan po ma-update yung service order for Upgrade due to wrong/incomplete tagging. Pag approved na yung dispute it will be reflected in your next bill. If I were you mas maganda kung itawag mo n lng sa hotline for fast action. Sa 4112000 ka tumawag kc aware sila sa New Products/Services and new Promos sa DSL. Pag nagawan na ng disoute kunin mo yung reference number for future reference mo if ever na hindi pa rin mag reflect sa next bill mo yung adjustments.

DSL 1 Mbps (999)=1 month deposit dun sa bagong plan DSL 1 Mbps (199.80)= Pro rated bill from the time na nag upgrade ka until cut off date...

Ok na to pre, naayos na yung tagging, 9 months na yung free P100 na na-tag para wala ng dispute na gawin. Bale after 9 months your bill for the dsl will be P999.
