Almost a week p lang ang dsl ko. Normal lang ba ung ganito n mahirap maka connect s mga bagong connection? Blinking dsl light nga p rin ung modem ko bago ako umalis kagabi s bahay around 8 pm un. Since 5am yesterday di n ako makakunek, tinawag ko n s customers service, mag didispatch daw ng tech mamaya. Nakakafrustrate lang kc araw araw n halos nasa bahay ung tech, di p rin naayos. Kaibahan lang ng problema ko s connection compared dun s ibang topic, pag naka connect ako at tumatagal, like more or less 8 hours. Pero pag nag blink n ang dsl light, it takes forever for the modem to establish a solid light again. Na isolate ko n ung modem like inilayo s lahat ng equipment n me static electricity at iba pang troubleshooting n pede kong gawin to have a solid dsl light. Ganun p rin. Di ko lang alam ngayon kung steady n sya. Two days ago, ganun din ung problema ko pero after a while nag ssteady nman ung dsl light.


Sorry nakapag post ako s ibang topic di ko kc alam n kelangan gumawa ng bago para s mga tech concern.

dapat po hindi magalaw masyado ang wire... sakin kasi once na magaw ang wire e nagbiblink na..

thanks donald s post mo, pero ganun p rin e, khit di ko galawin. sabi nga pala ng nakausap ko s customer service nila, papapuntahan ng tech, pero maghapon ko inantay kanina di p rin dumating. Meron akong napansing parang grease doon s phone jack. Nakakaapekto kaya yun s signal? Kanina nga pala maghapon akong di nakakunek s internet. blinking dsl light n nman.

Nope. That is something that was placed dun sa phone jack when it was manufactured. It does help keep the rust off the phone jack. Saw that kind of stuff myself. Did customer service give you any report or fault ticket numbers? Post mo para we can do a follow up.

Eto po sir, 267065. Pinapuntahan daw pero sabi wala daw tao. We stayed there for the whole day but he didnt show up, we even opened the door so that we will be able to see him. the tech should have informed us in advance n lang sana n they cant make it para nman di kami umaasa ng ganito. By the way, thanks po for your time looking into this.

Fault ticket was already closed and ack by the subscriber. Action Taken: reblock ds defective (ds-one of the pair port in the cabinet or OPAC).
