I would love to answer that for you Xentar pero if you noticed, I do not handle those issues in the Forum. Mostly on home networking stuff, PC and routers, and Forum rule implementation ang handle ko (not that we all talked about who handles who and who handles what but I think it came out naturally since kanya kanya kaming forte as mods). I let the other moderators take care of those things. I will ask one of them to PM you the info on these things na lang. I do not know din kasi if such info can be declared in a public forum like this. I know in confidentiality pwede, so I will leave this up with the other Moderators.Xentar wrote: Your Welcome.
Mikhos any idea Ilang CIR para sa 3MBPS na Netstarter, 2MBPS NetStarter at 2MBPS Netvalue?
Salamat

Ang kontrolado lang nila ay yung within their network. Once the problem as shown in the tracert is outside wala na talag silang magagawa dun. Xentar, I know what they mean when they say re routing is expensive. Ganito kasi yan, pag nag re route ka ng isang connection, there is a very big chance na matatamaan din ang ibang customers mo and problems will arise. Thus, unless it becomes a general problem for all, re routing a connection is not really resorted to as an option. I understand masakit sa ulo. Pero hindi lang Bayan ang gumagawa nito. Inherent practice ito sa mga ISPs kahit saan sa mundo. Re routing affects not just one but usually a group. And if the re routing to be done will affect more than just one customer then chances are ISPs are not inclined to resort to it unless there is a pressing need for it to be done like a big group of customers needing the rerouting. Please note that I am not saying na tama ito. I am merely pointing out possibilities. Di lang kasi tayo ang customers nila. They have others as well. I can only suggest na you keep reporting the problem to them. I know they are expanding in your area. That is also a possibility. Pwedeng affected kayo because of that.

Actually i have no intention of Upgrading, If the Guarantee that the problem be fix permanently, I will do it.
So now I know that NetStarter has a problem on Routing. I hope they Open the Netvalue for me for this Purpose.
Another Question, If I change to Netvalue will my Ip Addres 121.97.118.XX be change, and i hope so it will

The IP Address might be changed so there will be a downtime to your internet w/n 24hrs duration.

1.) It is possible, to revert back my Package just in case the Suggested Solution wont Work? 2.) Netvalue is no longer Available in the Package List, it this scenario can it be open again only for a special request? 3.) Can You send Me the Letter from the NOC or DNOC they you have read, it would be a basis/merit for the Manager in Tacloban or here in Hilongos to Change May Package...

Hi Sir I think di na po ntin kelangan yun..Si Data Network na po kc ang nag suggest ng change package from Net Starter to NetValue for isolation purposes since yung isa nyong account na NetValue is walang routing prob. Just sent an email request to customersupport@bayan.com.ph for change of package and if they told you na wala ng NetValue just inform them that it was the suggestion of Bayan's Data NOC in your previous fault ticket.

Hello.
Sadly they will not give me anymore NetValue, kasi close naraw yon, But I Suggested them Upgrade one of my Accounts to NetPremium 3mbps, hope that fix the Ping Problem and CIR. Then i have to Discontinue one of the Netstarter but i wont not pay for the Termination Fee. i hope it will positive by tomorrow.
Yes i have to talk to One of Sales In-charge in Tacloban, i hope you can make something positive for me to convince them for my plan.
