Ilang araw na mabagal connection ko tawag ako ng tawag sa customer support pero same parin mabagal ang connection. sana po matulongan nyo ako. gumagamit ako ng router. eto po speedtest result ko

Since you are using a router, are you directly wired to the router or through a wireless connection?

Have you tried directly connecting to the modem without the router? Did you get the same results? Or was it different?

im wired directly to the router. nasubukan ko na din connecting the modem directly sa pc same pa rin ang result. mejo mgvary lng ng konti. wait na lang ako sa technician bukas. salamat mga boss

same pa rin po ang speed ng connection ko. wlang technician pumunta kahapon. bakit po ganito? eto po latest speed test ko.

Already re-opened the FT, for droptesting using bti laptop thru your modem.

hanggang ngayon d parin nagbabago ang connection ko mabagal pa rin. sana naman balik na ang speed ko. sa tagal ko nang subscriber ng bayan ngayon ko lang na experience to nakaka depress. kahit mg open ng email ko tagal na magload ang page. :(

tumawag ako sa customer support nyo kanina follow up ko ang concern ko. hanggang ngayon mabagal pa rin connection ko.

araw araw nlang akong tumatawag sa hotline nyo parati nlang may papuntahin na technician sa bahay pero wala namang pumupunta, parati reset ang connection. may customer agent pang parang galing ano bah to. nakaka wala naman ng gana to. plan ko up to 2 mbps kahit kalahati ng 2mbps d umaabot hanggang 0.88mbps lang ganito nah tagala kahina ang speed. sinabihan pa ako ng naka usap ko na agent nyo na tinwagan daw ako ng techinician binigay kong contact number ay yun cellphone number ko wala naman akong tawag na natanggap.

What happened to the fault ticket I re-opened? May pumunta ba or tumawag na tech sa inyo? If yes ano nmn po ginawa nila?

walang pumunta na tech or tawag wala akong tanggap. till now same parin speed ko tumawag ako kahapon sa customer support nyo same parin pinapagawa tpos ang ending same parin speed ng connection. nakaka dismaya :( plano ko pa namang mg upgrade ng plan na NetStarter. sana kng mg upgrade ako ok ang speed ng connection ko. hope maresolve tong problema. salamat

bago lang ako tumawag sa customer support nyo para ifollow up ko yung concern ko. tpos sabi ng nka usap ko may pumunta daw na technician dito sa bahay kahapon ng umaga, tpos nasa bahay lang ako kahapon whole day. sabi daw ng technician close daw bahay namin. ano bah talaga gusto bah talagang ayusin ang reklamo ko o hindi. bilib pa naman ako sa customer service nyo before pero nganon parang wala na kasi puro ilang weeks na tong problema ko wla paring solution. nakakastress na kayo...

may pumunta na technician kanina checked my speed connection sabi nya mabagal nga and icheck daw nya sa cabinet nla tpos contact nya daw sa manila. now mejo stable na connection ko sana tuloy tuloy nato. tnx sir.
