So my wireless phone is not working and I haven't received my bill for the month so I had to call customer support. Bayantel does not reply to emails, nor their agents log-in on their chatroom. No one answers my calls to 4121212 pag meron namang sumasagot naman they're so rude binababaan kami ng agent. Sayang bayad cellphone gamit ko pantawag. Plus, there are NO Bayan centers in the South, ang layo-layo sa QC area pa meron. Im done w/ Bayantel and Im not paying for anything, we haven't used the phone for nearly a month na

Account number? Paki basa po yung rules. Wala kaming magagawa na moderators kung di mo naman susundin yung rules.

I had to buy a new Bayantel Wireless Phone last October 11 at your Bayan Service Center in Ever Commonwealth.Not only has this been my third unit,I also thought it was overpriced at P1700.I was assured the unit would be activated within 24 hours.It is now October 14 and my unit is still not activated in spite of repeated calls and assurances.I have been a loyal Bayan customer(landline and Dsl) but I am extremely disappointed by your inaction and poor customer support.Please get your act together because you make millions from your customers and they deserve better treastment.

alam ko may rules na pag totally di mo nagamit yung.... tapos may bill...... eh pwede mo un di bayaran... kailangan mo lang i clear sa kanila ng maayos sa bayan service center... tapos wag kau aalis sa bayan center hanggat wala kau nahahatak na technician.. usually may 1-5 akong technician na nakikita dito sa lugar namin pag nagpupunta ako sa bayan center ... so sigurado meron din dyan sa lugar nyo... although naka plano na pupuntahan nila.. saka kung binababaan ka ng phone ng cus service ibig sabihin naka record na yung last usapan nyo kaya meron ka nang proof na matagal mo nang nirereklamo yun at up to now di pa nagagawa.. kung di mo din naman sila kukulitin.. ikaw din naman ang kawawa eh.. kaya ayun... usually una dinadaan ko muna din sa ok na usapan ... pero may time na sobra na.. kaya dapat pinupuntahan at inaaksyunan.
