Nag-apply po kami Business Package Plan 3999 (for 3 users) without landline. I forgot to ask the sales agent. If hindi ako satisfied sa Connection within 15 days. Pwedi ko po I downgrade as my Back Up connection to residential? Sayang naman ng Pagod ng Agent (Contacted by Office) and Installer nag kabit ng connection if mag-refund. Mas Happy ako if SATISFIED sa Good Service. Hindi pa ako kinabitan ng Internet Connection atleast meron na ako idea. I already used three ISP here in our area pero meron akong encounter na worst ISP. Is this my account number already? 344982279

try mo sa business center ng iloilo sa robinson kung pwedeng yan mag-change plan since naka-business plan ka.
