Problem started since Wednesday, January 11.
What happened is that, when we called Tech Support last Thursday evening, they said we got disconnected on Wednesday since our payment for December 2011 did not arrive on cut-off date and will be resumed within 24hours, our payment arrived only on Thursday around mid-day. We paid last Tuesday on Western Union (third party payment center). They said our payment will reach Bayantel after about 1-3days upon payment via a non-bayancenter.
So now the problem is that we are experiencing intermittent connection even after our account was restored. It was not like this before disconnection. Already called Tech Support yesterday. They said our account is now active but they cannot access our modem. Our modem was not turned off. So they sent a Technician to check. The Technician replaced the cable from that small brown box to the modem thinking that it would solve the problem and it did BUT only for a few minutes, we got disconnected AGAIN after he left. We called Tech Support again. Wala pa rin dumating na technician ulit hanggang ngayon. Now, this is what's happening since Wednesday:
1. Fast Connection for about 10-20mins.
2. Internet will be disconnected for a few minutes to a FEW HOURS, pero laging ilang oras na wala hindi na minuto.
3. DSL light in modem starts blinking. No more connection.
Modem is away from any interference. Checked the tips from this conversation:
