The modem you provided out was replaced with a new one. Very same looks but this time it has a small SKY sticker on it. The job order (blue one) that the technician gave me is from SKY not from Bayantel even we are subscribed to you. The tech told me I need to reset my router settings due to the modem you provided is replaced.

I had no problems on setting up wireless router (Linksys WRT54G) until today. I rang your hotline number and I asked if we still use PPPOE settings despite the tech who came to our house and replaced told me that we no longer need PPPOE to connect provided we are connected to the modem directly. Your customer service told me I still have PPPOE. Thus on router setup of Linksys I used PPPOE but I still not a single computer can connect to internet using our Wireless Router.

I only have two options on setup page of router (192.168.1.1)
Automatic Configuration - DHCP
PPPOE

I was using PPPOE with the same username and password, but now its no longer working.

awts nasa work ako, pag nasa bahay naman ako nd ko din mapopost reply ko until the following day kasi hindi ako makakonek wirelessly. pwede ko imessage sa iyo un phone number and name sa account?

nag-request ka na i-migrate un plan mo to sky it means may bundle itong voice+cable+data.

regarding sa data mo or DSL - Account#: 345122885 - DHCP connection type ito hindi PPPoE.
