Hi, puwede nyo bang i-UNBLOCK yung pagconnect ng Bayan Wireless Landline nyo sa mga Internet Service Providers/Internet Card.

Kasi, you're mere tactics is para magsubscribe sa Internet Pay-Per-Use/Plan 150 yung mga taong bumili ng BWL Kit nyo. Eh ang 1 thing na hinahanap ng tao is affordability, imbes na makatipid sa mga Internet Cards dahil minsan lang naman mag internet, eh kailangan pang mag subscribe sa Internet Plan nyo which is too much expensive 150pesos for 9hours. Buti kung unlimited dial-up connection yun eh mas okay kaso it not reasonable.

With all due respect Moderator, forum 'to and we can voice out our opinion here. There is this great leader who once said "there is no right or wrong answers" in your case, you sounded rude to a CUSTOMER of BAYANTEL. You can't just say "pls stop posting nonsense" as these are your customer's dilemma, issues, concern or what not. What you should have told juliuscris is: "how can we be of help?" or "you can drop by or call our customer service and report this" something to that effect. Moderator ka pa naman....tsk...tsk///tsk

BWL have their own server for Internet po kasi, Yung mga landline po natin may mga linya unlike BWL wireless po, kung mapapansin nyo lahat ng Prepaid Internet Card nakasakay po ang connection sa wired landline, while Connection ni BWL is Thru signal.. Sana nakatulong po sagot ko kahit paano.

Wow. You should be awarded Best Mod on the net award. Im a mod of several online communities one of which is a known international gaming site and I should say, That is not how mods are supposed to handle things. First, It was not nonsense. It was merely a customer that wanted to voice out since this is a FORUM. I say if you dont want to be criticized, why create a forum in the first place? Forums such as this was created for the users of the product/s to voice out thier testimonials or in this case criticisms on a website that is hosted by the manufacturer themselvs.

I just EL-OH-EL-ed on this thread. really funny. Thanks for starting up my day with a good laugh.

correct din po si TSR ian,,BWL Internet uses signals and it also uses a usb modem which don't need to detect dial tone unlike in the internal modem of your pc,,the first thing kc na hahanapin ng server ng internet prepaid cards is "dial tone",,which the bayan wireless has not and it can't pass thru your usb cable,,so when you try to use your BWL using internet prepaid cards the error will be "680:there was no dial tone",,btw BWL Internet has also Plan Zero which is a pay per use based,,as far as I know 35 cents per minute lng yun,,if your phone is already activated and you still receives error 680,,check mo kung na install ng maayos yung usb modem sa dialer mo by checking @ device manager (Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager),,if you can't install it correctly,,call 4112000 or 4121212 (press options 1 and 5),,fyi..
