sana nga hindi problema.. kasi naka encounter ako..
mas mabagal sa speedtest.net pero mas smooth ang internet...

I am on this already. There are few troubleshooting steps that we all can do at home before calling technical support. I am in the process of doing it. I will be placing it at the Do It Yourself Section and it will also be a sticky. Ang tanong lang kasi is which of the steps that we usually give our customers abroad would be applicable to us BayanDSL users since we are a unique bunch. Paki abangan na lang po yun. Thanks.

This is a problem. It's kinda bothering me hahahha for some unknown reason. Notice it all the time, It always says 1. And im sure more users have been online at the same time then just 1. Heres a screen shot of what im talking about.
Just a suggestion to fix.

Anyone notice that the add smiley of the dancing smile next to the  smiley does NOT work?? I suggest to fix this. haha because it looks like a nice smiley i wanna use.
it just does this :d/ But the animation is missing. Makes me feel so sad that the happy smiley does not work. haha

And sometimes, some Forumers get suspended not because they posted stuff on the board, but simply because it is the way they emailed (PM'd) some Forumers. Pag ganun, we don't announce the suspension. It is done privately since the offense is privately done also.
We might have some problems if we have a list like that as some information (like Alex said) are privy only to moderators. Yung ibang offenses na nakita ko are so bad it is not worth mentioning it na they got suspended. In cases like that, we delete the posts or the entire thread (if they started one) containing the violation.
