Memory Type DDR SDRAM Number of Memory Slots 3 x 184 Pin DIMMs Supported RAM speeds 400 MHz • 333 MHz • 266 MHz Max Supported RAM 3 GB

for ex:
1 x 1gb (DDR333) <-- eto yung susundin nya na speed dahil sya yung pinakamabagal... 1 x 1gb (DDR400)
kaya lalabas nyan... is 2gb RAM na may speed na 333mhz (i tried it on my old computer and works... P4 3.2ghz HTT na may 2gb DDR333/400 na memory)
beep sounds huh...
try mo ganito muna:

I am using a DDR 2 800 on both slots sa akin kasi. Pero a beeping sound usually means, either bad module or bad slot. Depende din kasi sa tunog ng beep. Ilang long beeps at ilang short beeps yung naririnig mo? Pero usually beeps associated with RAM installaitions or memory modules means the modules are either defective or mali ang MoBo configuration mo para sa memory. Pero in this case since nag work na before, chances are baka BAD RAM Modules ka. Also beeping sounds indicate either wrong type of RAM or memory that cannot be identified. Check mo din yung CMOS ng MoBo baka me nabago.

Usuaally a beep with:
Infinity Long Beeps : No Memory Detected 1 Beep = Normal Boot 2 Beep = No Keyboard 1 long Beep + 2 Beep = No Video Card 2 short beep + 1 long beep = CMOS Reset (Factor Settings Set) No Beep = Bad Install / Board Busted
there are sometimes::
Ambulance Beep = No Memory 2 Beep = Normal Boot
