Call technical support and report the problem. Sa technical support din naman po kasi i-forward ng Bayan Center ng Malabon yung concern mo.
Please post your account number so that the Bayan Moderators can check your account also.
It would help your fellow Forumers if you post what is happening when you get Disconnected. What happens to your DSL light when that happens. Also do you get disconnected from the internet or from just an application using the internet like online games? Are you also using a router? Thanks.

Uhmmm... Sir Mikos... Na-eexperience ko din po ang same problem right now... Every few minutes na DDC... Yung DSL Light Nawawala... Tapos babalik ulit... Tapos maya maya mawawala na naman... Yung browsing din ambagal... Bakit kaya?...

Hopefully that should fix it. Update us po in your thread what happens po. Maraming salamat.

I have emailed the Bayan Moderators already concerning the problems of the Forumers with the connection (kaya ako di nakasagot ng matagal, was busy emailing them). 2 kami na External Moderators dito. Niyahahaha... Tawag ka sa technical support at ireport mo yung problem. Pag nagbigay sila ng report or fault ticket number kunin mo at ipost mo dito. 411-2000 yung number nila. Pwede mo din kunin yung account number mo sa kanila. Still that is your choice.
