In that case, then better call technical support and report the problem. That is what I normally do when I experience the problem. If you are experiencing problems with your connection Sir, may I request you start a new thread. Thank you.

I posted this in another thread, perhaps this can help you.
Intermittent problems can be caused by a lot of things. You can check the following:
1) Causes of EMI/RFI (EMI - Electro Magnetic Interference / Radio Frequency Interference)
Devices like AVRs, refrigerators, microwave ovens, TV sets, CRT monitors, huge speakers or subwoofers and other similar devices can cause electro magnetic interference. Handheld radios, bases of wireless phones, celphones too close to the modem when in use, can cause radio frequency interferences. WE should make sure that our modem is at least 2-3 feet away from them. We also have to ensure that the phone cable use by the modem doesn't go through or under such devices. Even the circuit breakers of our homes, if the phone cables used by the modem goes near one of them, can cause such interferences. Wirings of electrical appliances, when the phone cable is intertwined with them or is bundled with them can also cause interferences on the line. This was also an observation made by onthespot64 which he shared in his thread: Landline and DSL Problem. I do recommend you read it as his analysis is very good.
I used to have it that the phone cable used by the modem is left together with some of the wires of my PC, all crazily snaking at the back of the computer table. But when I re-arranged my furnitures and organized everything, making sure that the modem and the phone cables were left on their own, the DCs also stopped. Not that my DCs before were rampant, 2-4x in a 17hour net usage or uptime, the line was actually decent. But after the re-arranging, I don't get DCs at all. Perhaps this can also help you.
Phone extensions can also cause interferences since the ADSL filter phone port is designed to handle phones connected to it directly and only ONE phone unit. Having more than one phone through the use of extensions and splitters can cause line attenuation to go up and thus degrade your DSL signal making it unstable. It is also worth looking at it.
2) Bleeding lines or wounded lines.
80-90% of our connections lie outside of our homes. Thus, any bleeds in the line will cause shorts in the connection and interrupt the DSL signal when the weather comes. Thus, we begin to experience problems when it rains. This can only be checked by a technician doing the field work.
3) Bad modem
Sometimes if the firmware of the modem has defects, it will cause problems in the internet connection like an intermittent connection. An aging modem will cause problems.
4) Bad Port Configuration
Technical support will be able to see this. If the port configuration is wrong, chances are the customer suffers.
Have you checked item #1 already?

I wish it was an alibi. I gave you the possible scenarios that can cause your problem, based on the protocols we follow at work which are based on studies made on our customers having that problem, as well as with DSL technology. If you think that you have better troubleshooting skills and tools, then by all means, no one is stopping you from doing them.
The least that you can do is to be appreciative of the help offered to you here, after all, this is a Forum and not the main technical support arm of BayanDSL. People took time to reply to your request for help. At least be appreciative of them. Now if you think their suggestions are not good enough and just mere "palusot" then by all means, seek help somewhere else. Thank you for the remark. I am sure the rest of the Forumers will appreciate you for that. God bless you.
By the way, I am not an employee of BayanDSL. And a Forumer also like you. Please have some sense of respect for your fellow Forumers.

LOL if you don't like bayandsl then leave. Nobody is forcing you to use the service unless its your momy. Go use whatever service you like, just be warned that all services have their drawbacks. So get going, and stop threatening people on a public forum you TOUGH guy. We care to help people, but not people like you. Whine and nag and cry about YOUR problem at least people here are making an effort to help you which you can't even appreciate. So get going!! (~,~)
I find your posts very rude and ungrateful.
Hope i helped (ZZzz)
