Hi! po sa lahat nakakagulat naman pero ang saya may introduction hehehhe much better para nagkakakilalang din mga forum addick...lol
Simulang ko na nga:)
Bago lang po ako d2 (obviously kaya nga nasa introduction ako) bali po 4 years na po akong dsl customers maganda naman po ang service nila so no complain.
anyways, d ko talaga alam sasabihin ko. Shock talaga ako hindi ako naka pag prepare ng introduction ko promise bukas susubmit ko :D

ei guys, i'm just new here, now q lang alam me forum pala d2, i been using BAYAN DSL for almost 2 years, pero i never encountered any problem 2 my connection... Pwera lang kung tag ulan, bumabagal ang speed and nawawala minsan pero bumabalik din nman agad... thnkz bayantel sa mabilis n action...

Hello everybody. Bago lang din ako, mga 7 day old pa lang connection ko. Medyo marami rami na akong nireklamo sa tech support through call center and e-mails. Nasa money back guarantee period pa kasi kaya gusto ko lang manigurado na magiging ok yung connection ko pag naka-lock in na (sana crossing fingers). I must admit though na medyo nawalan ako ng gana to continue bayanDSL after 5 days of problematic connection. Pero dahil sa tech kanina and naging stable naman connection ko so far ngayon, mukhang pwede akong mag-stay. LOL! Hope my connection goes well as expected for my subscription plan for the remaining days of the money-back guarantee period and for the rest of my subscription should I continue. Hope to meet and exchange tips with fellow satisfied bayanDSL subscribers and customer service/tech support people here as well. =)

Hmm my experience was a little rocky in the beginning of subscribing with bayandsl, i had these constant annoying disconnections that just would not subside. But i did call customer support enough times and finally they got it fixed. I'm very happy now with my connection, and my fingers are crossed that nothing bad will reoccurr again.
