i applied for a dsl last week and paid half of the installation fee. After few days of waiting and followups their contractor finally came to put the wiring inside my house and left it saying someone will come to put the modem. True enough, someone from bayantel came the following day with the modem but unfortunately after installing the modem they cannot hear any dialtone from the modem. So after checking from the outside of the house they said that there was a problem in the port where the line was connected and they will report the problem to bayan. They told me that they will come back the next day to fix it again but it has been 2 days and nobody showed up. Even the agent who's always been in touch during the application process cant even reply to my texts/calls now and their so called customer support is giving me a round around and cannot give me a firm answer as to when they will complete the installation.
this is to put forward my concern just incase somebody's here is kind enough to help since i dont know to whom should i need to speak to get atleast a proper answer or else i dont have any choice but to get my refund and try other dsl services available here.

oi in fairness sa bayan, nakabitan na ko ng dsl today  but have to keep my fingers crossed that i wont get the same misfortunes just like d ones im reading here. this is to give hope sa mga nagaantay pang mkabitan jan

advice ko lang.. whenever you came across na magkaproblema internet mo, at tatawag ka sa 411-2000, dapat naka-ready na din yung ping and trace route mo, and send it to CSDIP@bayan.com.ph, para mapabilis ang pag-analyze sa problema. both sides ang makikinabang. wla na ko extra tol, naubos na din kc pmbili ko kkbayad sa bayantel ang taas pa nmn lagi ng bill ko, kea nga lalo ako na HHB eh kc ala nq pmbili ng gamot npu2nta sa pmbayad ng bayantel.  ikaw cguro madami ka pmbili bka kc binabayaran ka din ng bayantel pra maipagtanggol cla ahihi.. basta ko isa lng akong customer na hindi satisfied sa service na binabayaran ko un lng po mga idol..

hay naku..kainis yung mga tao dito sa bayantel....as in..super sinungaling, sasabihin na pupunta kami jan ng maaga pero hapon na wala pa rin, kesyo titignan daw nila yung linya, next call, titignan na naman ang linya..kung di pa sila susupladahan di sila pupunta sa bahay at dun pa malalaman ang problema,sayang ang mga araw na sinayang nila..kung pumunta nalang sana sila dito ng maaga...tsk3..tapos sasabihin pa nila na dapat daw namin sila intintidihin kasi di lang kami kostumer nila at inaayos pa nila yung linya dun sa mga bangko...so ganun??dahil sa bahay lang kami nagpakabit, huli nalang kami???grrr....
