I currently use Mozilla Firefox.

Seriously? The best webbrowser is firefox I dont give a hell what anyone else says after me. FireFox is hands down the best ever ever (yes i said ever twice) the best best webbrowser. Has better security then Microsoft's internet explorer and its much faster, and not as much junk included!.

Don't mind the people using google chrome nor window's IE (internet explorer) even the people using opera. OMG those webbrowsers are a joke.. Firefox Firefox Firefox. i even deleted internet explorer from my computer i hate it so much.. Cheers

I have two best browsers. The first is Mozilla Firefox. Security wise and speed wise. The next one, with equal footing with Firefox, Opera 10. It has been released already in its final version. I am using it now, and it is way faster compared to Firefox in some aspects. And the fact that the browser passes the ACID3 test 100/100 got my approval immediately. Just to test your browsers I have included the link before in my Browser Wars thread. But that was from long ago. Then again here is the test:

ACID 3 TEST

Based on the test, only a browser with 100/100 passes. Guys go ahead and test yours. Hehehe...

Opera and Firefox pa din ako. I love them both. Hehehe...

And just for fun, I tested Firefox and Opera on the Acid 3 test. Here are the results:

Opera 10:

FireFox

And for more fun, here is Google Chrome and Internet Explorer:

Google Chrome:

Internet Explorer 8:

Although Firefox just scored 93 as compared to Chrome that scored 99, I still go for it due to its speed. It is way faster than Chrome, although Chrome is very functional.

Wana benchmark your browser!?!? From the creators of famous benchmark tools such as 3DMark Vantage and PCMark Vantage. Futuremark gives us PEACEKEEPER! Go to http://service.futuremark.com/peacekeeper/index.action to benchmark and compare your current browsers performance to other browsers out there! So what are you waiting for? Click it now! :D

P.S. I use Google chrome and Apple Safari. Both are dead fast and responsive.

IE always fails. Hahahaha... Security wise, most people have issues with IE (in general across versions).

Firefox and Opera 10 are the fastest that I have experienced so far, since I have multiple browsers in my PC (I rotate them on a weekly basis so that I could get a feel of the browser, except IE -- that I hardly use at all).

Safari is tauted to be fast, but I find it a resource hog. During one of my internet sessions (I usually open several tabs, depending on what I am doing in Cyberspace), the browser was hogging almost 350mb of memory. Unlike for Firefox and Opera, those browsers hardly reach 300mb, often playing around 70 - 200mb (it depends on the one using it, actually). Safari is best for Mac. My friends who own a Mac prefers it over other browsers. That is understandable, after all they are using a Mac.

Google Chrome is very functional. It is the browser with the least memory leak. Other browsers tend to have memory leaks as the internet sessions prolong. And its flash killer is built in. Unlike for FireFox where you have to download an extension (I don't like using extensions or browser plug ins that much as they can slow down the browser).

Just sharing my experience with the browsers... I would still go for Firefox and Opera.

I have two computers here at home. One XP and one Vista. Sometimes I spend my time with the Vista PC (my main one) and at other times with the XP machine. Angel

That is nice. I used to have Safari along with Firefox, Chrome and Opera. I got ticked off with it being a resource hog. I uninstalled it. Although I have enough memory (4Gb) I just don't like any software that hogs resources unless it is necessary, specially when there are others that can do the same for less resource. Although, Safari is very fast on a Mac.

I will also be testing other browsers like K-Meleon, Konqueror, and the social browser, Flock -- which is also based on the Mozilla Engine -- soon. Just for fun.

The Beta version ata has customizable themes. I just hope hindi siya gaya ng Firefox na pag dumami ang themes o extensions bumabagal.

Update:

Google Chrome 3.0 is already released. And Google Chrome can now have themes and other stuff that were just in the Beta version... AngelAngelAngel

Niyahahahahaha....

Bloated yung Firefox kaya yun bumagal. In fact, kahit anong browser pag pinuno mo ito ng extensions or add ons babagal ito. Fasterfox & Foxyproxy do the same thing. Tweak Network is a network settings applet for Firefox. If you set the wrong parameters in it, it will make Firefox surf the web slower. AdBlock just blocks the annoying ads in websites, it is a security feature, ok lang isama.

Opera 10 is faster compared to the previous versions of Opera. It has a Turbo Mode, which uses web compression. However, this is at the sacrifice of quality graphics. So that means, some pictures in some websites will appear to be either grainy or pixelated if the the Turbo Mode is on.

The New Chrome (3.0) currently has customizable themes, and is touted to be faster. The good thing with Chrome is now you can customize the themes, and it has a sleeker settings menu box.

Basically all three are fast browsers, and definitely more secure. The rule of thumb for browsers: don't bloat them with add ons that are otherwise unnecessary -- like themes for example. Otherwise, the more add ons that you install and attach to it, the slower its rendering will get.
