You do not understand. All people who have been posting here only have problems with the torrent application alone. Which means, they do not have problems browsing the web. Their surfing and direct downloads are all normal. It is only with their torrent downloads that they have a problem.
Did you read and check how this thread was developed? Did you also check their posts? If you noticed, the only complain that Forumers post here are their torrent issues. None of them would post their concerns about slow web browsing, and other DSL related issues.
Kindly please check page 9 of this thread. And read the directive I issued regarding the post made here. It is your responsibility to be aware of how a particular thread is moderated. You also have to be aware of the rules.
If you have other concerns other than your torrent downloads, then DO NOT POST HERE. START YOUR OWN THREAD.

baka most of the peers are fake peers... (that most government "anti-P2P" organization) meron kasi akong IPFILTER.dat na file to block those bad peers.. and most of them are hit.. 20-70peera ata yung na banned na IP address sa akin dahil sa mga fake peers na yun...

yes i agree sa mga sinabi nyo pero thats not my point, kung i cocompare yan noon at ngayon, sufficient na yan para maka full speed.. dati... at kung mabagal talaga yang torrent na yan bakit pumapalo yan ng 100kbps+ pag mga bandang 3-4am na? kagabi yan mga 2 AM @sod, 10 years ko na dinodownload to

^sa DL speed mo.. reasonable speed na yan sa plan 899.. (di lang alam kung ano plan mo) my torrent Daily Bandwidth: dami anime releases ngayun...  estimated 6gb DL per day (hmmm not bad...)

sir mikos bumalik po problema ko sa torrent. pag po wee hours kuha naman maximum speed pero kapag mga normal hours po like 9am-11pm hanggang 40kb/s lang po siya talaga (mas mababa pa minsan) kahit anong gawin, dati po ok na eh bumalik po ulit ngayon. Tulong po sir! Thanks.

Using plan 899 Same problem din sakin. Mabagall tuwing 8am to 12am. Past 12am to 8am saka lang bumibilis. account number = 331828548

Mga sir try nyo po mag add pa ng trackers sa mga torrents nyo. Instead of isa lang magdagdag pa kayo. Google nyo lang at ang dami pong list na pwede nyong idagdag na trackers. Nung down ang demonoid dati, nag lagay lang sila ng least ng trackers na pwede mo gamitin. Sa akin nakatulong sya. Plus, talaga pong trial and error ang pag setup ng torrent. Pansinin nyo din po na pag private trackers mas ok kaysa public. Mas malaki sila mag seed at hindi pabarya barya compared sa public. Mag force seed din kayo, madalas kasi pag public puro leech lang alam ng tao. I have no problems with my torrents kadalasan pag private ( ~60 kB/s non-sod, 160-170 kB/s pag sod). Pag public yun na yung 20 lang ang nasasagap ko. why dont we face the fact that bayandsl plan 899 is getting slower, not just at torrent but also to any other sites outside the philippines, and they must act on to it, look at the number of people who were making threads about the slow connection from bayantel.
Me, i have my dsl for almost a year, and only now is the time i complain about their speed, napilitan nga akong mag register d2 sa forums para malman kung ako lng nakakaranas ni2, pero napakadami pala, kaya if possible sana ma fix ka agad, kpag nmn tumawag ako sa customer support, kung anu anung cra ang sasabihin nila tpos di nmn din magagawa, di lng kami mag kaintindihan kaya sana ung mismong bayantel na ang mag hanap kung bakit napakadaming client nila ang nababagala sa connection. Peace idont want to do this but its almost a week or may morethan a week. *sobbing* i cant play.

1) Have you checked this entire thread? If not, let me advise you that there is an existing rule in this torrent thread that you can ONLY POST TORRENT ISSUES HERE. Meaning your problem should ONLY BE THE TORRENT application and there should be no DSL issues (MEANING IT IS ONLY THEIR TORRENT APPLICATION THAT IS SLOW, and that their DSL has the correct speed). I made that directive long ago in this thread. You should have back tracked on it. This is a community that you are posting to and we make sure the rules are followed. Analyzing your posts, you do have DSL issues and not only the torrent application in question.
Bearing that in mind, please be advised that this is your last warning for not following the directives in this thread. Your succeeding posts if they are not aligned to the theme of this thread shall be automatically deleted and an automatic suspension may follow since this thread is under strict moderation.
By the way, since it is clear on your post about the issue of speed, please conform and align your post in this thread.

correct me if i am wrong but if peers > seeds = lower download rate right?  screenshot taken at around 2:30 am, plan 899tcpip.sys patched - done ports forwarded - done (ages ago lolz) torrent client configured - done healthy torrent - very much.. any updates people? tiis tiis na lang muna  swerte nung mga walang problema sa torrent nila ehehe.. Peers may have the files but its still incomplete they only seed a percentage of the files they also download the remaining percentage from the seeders, while the Seeders has the 100% of the files. Thats the reason why your download rate is high, you also get that from the Peers whom have downloaded the percentage of the file you are downloading right now, but in the latter part it will slow down once you got the percentage of the file from the Peers it will then divert your download to the Seeder which has the remaining percentage you need.

yung healthy torrent AFAIK... is yung 1:1 ratio or higher...
ex. 1000 seeds to 500 leechers (5:1)

@mr.moderator -- sa torrents po sobrang bagal nagrequest ako ng port reblock pero di daw pwede yun kasi pag nag speedtest ako ayos naman eh 1.2mb/s pero pag dl na ng torrent kahita madaming seeder stock na sya sa 40kb. mr.moderator wala po bang magagawang solution sa ganitong problema napapagod na ako magreklamo paulit ulit lang wala din nangyayari napalitan na modem ko pero ganun pa rin dati wala naman akong problem
