and one advice also... about FORUM RULES na strictly and perpetually implemented sa forum na ito...

is about your post just incase HINDI PINAPANSIN ng mod naten...
its with regards to this RULE OF THE FORUM...

Quote:
* Discussion of illegal activities such as software and music piracy and other intellectual property violations are not allowed.

your image has alot written all over it....

and i guess siguro malaki naman bandwidth ng forum kaya ok lang ung kasing lalaki ng images nyo....
payo lang po paki bago.. HABANG HINDI PA TINITINGNAN ng mods...

Tsk Tsk Tsk...

Just to answer you Blu:

1) Dnniwa is posting the screenshots for illustration purposes. He is NOT discussing piracy here. He is NOT advocating people to download those stuff that you see in the screenshots.
2) In the screenshots he provided, it doesn't contain links to where the stuff can be downloaded from.
3) Further, there is no call coming from him to download the free stuff contained in the screenshot. Thus, it doesn't become a discussion of piracy. It just contains the titles that he is downloading, but the links are not there. Thus, again, this is not a discussion of piracy.

Further, he posted this in the thread: Of Intermittent Connection & Possible Evidence of BT Throttling

dnniwa485 wrote:
torrent's health depends on:

- Seeders (their ratio)
- good latency (suckage latency is a BIG issue on torrent downloads *where bayandsl is bad though on international server.. baah*)
- good share ratio on your side (sometimes some tracker detects your torrent UID which you need to share atleast the amount you download, if not, they will limit you until you pissed enough to the slowest download speed)

***

since dahil seeder ako and look my share ratio:

share is caring, thats why I always reach my download speed goal
btw: the screenshot you seen is a shot for my laptop where is also my seedbox, which downloads the latest series that im watching(automatically) and my Asus Router also seeds some torrents where only seeds some of my finished anime series that is ready for seeding from My BakaBT Torrent/ oh yeah.. alll my torrents are legal so no worries ^_^

If you can see, DNNIWA is well aware of how the moderators will treat violators of the piracy rule. An example: The Violator... If anyone among you is aware of that Forumer, he used to post a lot of links encouraging everyone that those are for free and that they are programs for PSP etc. That is piracy. He provided the links. I suspended his access to the forum for several months. And all the moderators are aware of that. The Forum has legal bearings. Main reason why we are careful of what is posted here. The post of dnniwa that blu is referring to doesn't contain those links, and further, there is no talk that people should download those programs, neither does he state that those are actually free and ready for everyone. He is just posting the pics for illustration purposes. And the pics again, doesn't contain direct links where he downloads those programs.

The moderators are not that sleazy for us not to know the history of every Forumer who posts here. I for one, being the most active, has gotten to know all the posting habits of almost everybody in the Forum. When someone posts, I also know if that is noob to the forum or is a regular poster. And trust me, I have a good memory as I do spend most of my time in the Forum. I may not be logged in but my PC tells me if there are new posts and I can check them in my email.

This reply may be off topic, but the relevance: this is to make known to all that the torrent thread is basically just a section where people can post their torrent problems and in no way does the forum support or acknowledge piracy downloaded thru torrents. If people download pirated materials from their torrents, as long as the links are not displayed in the thread they are replying to and there is no call for others to download them, then by all means, it is not a discussion of piracy.

diniwa is on a private torrent.. kaya ganon, pwede maging parehas yan sa public torrents depends on the seeders....
once you are in a private torrents full speeds yan di ba?!

torrent rules is to share, hindi pwede kabig lang ng kabig, the more you share tha faster your DL speeds....
sigurado ako hindi yan alam ng mga sanggol... sheeesh..

again, mabalik ako sa point ko, na oo naabot ko yung speeds nyo, kahit di ako active torrent user...
not unlike you coz i think you got tons of that hentai collections... hehehehe, hopefully you wont be dried out...

and my other point is that, speeds will eventually slow, at certain times, but that certain times is when I reach SOD entry...
like around 9pm, sometimes the speeds drop at 8pm... (like from 30-50kbps) down at around 10kbps.
take note that im on a public tracker... but this is a perfectly seeded file...

well anyway to cut tha chase.. i think i should be making another thread for that....
good luck Jack Sparrow....

okay you are not discussing but atleast your showing that you are a part of the pirates lurking around the net..
and i think you are proud of it?! thats why it goes to show that you are an active pirate.. ganon ka simple yun sir mod.

kaya kung pwede sana i-edit yung file parts.. speeds na lang pakita.. gets na namen yun.. kasi di naman po kami kasing bobo nang akala nyo?!

nagtatampo lang ako kasi pag gusto nyong palusutin.. pwede.. kasi bendable ang rules.. made by you of course, edited by you...

now to get to the point...

Hmm no offense but im wondering what your problem is... (yea its an off topic question)
Who cares about piracy, we live in the Philippines piracy is a normal part of life here. Chill out, don't act insecure all the time. I have been following your posts and it kinda sounds like your out for attention. This site does in no way endorse pirating/illegal material, just for having a picture of drugs does not mean your committing illegal activity.

Just to help clear up some things.

Hello to everyone,

Nag register po ako to attest to this poll, I have both pldt 384kbps 999+phone (sa office) and bayantel 384kpbps 999+phone(sa isang office) and I can attest na mabagal na talaga ang bayantel when downloading torrents.

Marunong po ako sa palusot-lusot ng torrents and XP configs so I concluded na sa line talaga yung problem.

Mine was average 50kbps sa pldt 384kpbs 999+phone plan ko and sa bayantel 384kbps 999+phone is about fluctuating 5kbps-20kbps sa 384kbps 999+phone.

Nabasa ko pwede daw upgrade to 712kbps na walang bayad sa bayantel?

Sorry naka double post ata ako now!

Yes... Rules are rules...

Just a reminder to All:

From the Bayan Forum Rules:

Quote:
* We also reserve the right to ban anyone who wilfully violates the forum rules, as access to our support forums are a privilege and not a right.
* Also while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.
* We reserve the right to remove offensive posts without notice.
* We also do not allow posts that are sexual in nature or violate Bayan community standards. The moderators shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards.

FYI... Upon registration everyone was advised about the rules.

In the same light, if a moderator gives a directive on how a thread should be developed and the focus of the posts, it should be followed. We should be happy the moderators here are that lenient, compared to the other forums.

Happy posting. AngelAngelAngel

Not a problem. Minsan these things happen. If you are on Plan 384kbps, which is the one of the old plans of BayanDSL, you may upgrade to the existing Plans, like Plan 899 (768kbps), without any additinoal charges. Of course, the new plan's monthly service fee will be the one that will take place upon upgrade, it will just be pro rated. However, if there are other features in the old plan like static ips, they will not be carried over to the new plan you are upgrading to. You may check with the nearest Bayan Center in your area, or call the technical support hotline for details (181 directly from your Bayan Phone and if you are in the province, or 411-2000 if you are in Manila).

As for the torrent observation thanks for posting that. At least management can see what is going on.

payo ko lang sa mga nababagalan sa torrent nila... especially kung dati hindi nyo napapansin ito...
things change, and with DSL, things get crowded.... if you know other person who has subscription to other companies...

try to compare the results....

all i know is that with BAYAN, theres a lenient time for torrents... better look for that with your connection...
because i for one, tried experimenting by staying up late just to make sure theres still a good time for torrents...

so i prove myself right as i have stated on my previous posts...
so i hope you guys, take time to find this... just to prove you still have good connections with torrents...
lets not be downright technical about it, i have proven that on other forums.

kaya ng account ko na umabot sa regular speeds, pero may oras na down and speeds...
and i think others have proven that too...

so go ahead and experiment with your connections.

myabe mikos know already this.. but once again... telling once again.. my torrents are NOT illegal.. they can all be freely download @ bakabt.com they only host NON-LICENSE Animes, so .. oh well.. just visit theitr site and see for your-self

and one thing din..

its not a PRIVATE torrent.. its a PUBLIC torrent... well.. sino ba naman yung mga seeders dyan with a GOD like Internet speed of 10mbit - 166mbit Connection?

You have good point Dnniwa. The moderators do check the claims of their Forumers. If it is against the rules, we remove it and advise the Forumer. Perhaps Blu is not aware of it. Hehehehehe....

When you posted this before I checked it already. The site ONLY allows Free anime. And further, they have a DO NOT UPLOAD list, which contains a lot of licensed Anime stuff. Members who upload licensed material are suspended or banned. Thus, the site where Dnniwa downloads Anime from only promote legal stuff. I checked it already boys and gals... A long time ago. Again, your moderators do not just approve things. We make sure we do our homework.

Again, like I said, this can be allowed since it doesn't encourage, discuss or promote piracy. Now on to the topic...

In that site, uploads, downloads, seeders and leechers are managed to ensure that there is a healthy download speed. So again, if torrent capping or throttling is done, how come this is not affected, and this is a public torrent site? Just asking.... Sometimes people have to do their homework.

Nice post dnniwa485.:)
Same lang naman tayo eh kapag SOD usually after 1am ay mabilis na. Pero yung problem is habang 12nn - 11pm di talaga lalagpas sakin ng 20Kbps.

Although di na ako magaadd sa download speed,
what's more odd is that as of now super bilis naman ng upload speed ko umaabot ng 100+Kbps!

Pano nangyari yun eh plan P899 lang ako dapat mga 80Kbps+ lang yung upload. Eto mga screenies:

<Mali yung time niyan, it is 1:03PM sakin.

That's a great connection you have there dnniwa485.

But same with christarroja, i am having download speed of 5-10kbps while the uploading speed is just doing fine.
This proves that there are some users that are not having the problem and some having the problem.

Please help us bayandsl.
Hope to see some tech updates soon.
