Bakit hindi ko username ang ginamit ng technician.
Ngayon ko lnag nadiskubre na hindi ko username ang iniligay pra mgdial sa net.

Pero kahit username ko ang gamitin ko, same internet speed pa din.

Ano to?

Meron ba silang tinatago sa akin?

The technician might just be testing your line for possible configuration issues kaya siya gumamit ng ibang username at nakalimutan palitan. They are not hiding anything there. Sometimes that is done to check a few things.

1 month ko lng naranasan ang mabilis na connection. tapos nun sobrang bagal na. No hubs/routers connected. I've tried reformatting. I'm 100% sure na walang virus kasi Windows drive lng nirereformat ko, nka show all hidden system files ako, maingat ako sa pag-oopen ng other drives baka kasi may autorun, at marami akong alam sa viruses at malicious files... wala parin.. Tapos tinatamad at naiinis na akong magpost ng speedtest ko kasi dami ko ng nakikitang nkapost dito na ganito rin problem. Pati mga kilala ko na BayanDSL gamit ganito rin. Nainggit tuloy ako sa kakilala kung PLDT Plan 999 ang gamit, di na xa naghihintay na magbuff ang youtube.

Pero mas nainis ako nung naidala ko ang laptop ko sa bahay ng family ko. Connection nila Smart Bro lng na 384Kbps, 2 km away sa cellsite. Kinutya ko pa connection nila sa YM nung di pa ako nkakauwi eh, mas mabilis pa pla net nila sa akin(na 768kbps daw). Ng-try akong ng speedtest sa iba-ibang server sa Metro manila (Mindanao ako) gamit ang Smartbro, pare pareho lng ang result. Di tulad ng Bayantel na dapat sa QC ka lng na server kung gusto mo ng chance umabot sa 700+kbps ang connection mo. sana sinabi nlang nila sa ads nila : "P889 you can reach up to 768Kbps connection with QC server(bayantel server) only".

Solusyon ko dito ay hintayin nlang mag-one year ang connection ko sa bayantel tapos lipat sa PLDT or Smart.

OT ka po sir,gawa k p0 sarili mong thread, btw User din ak ng SmartBro 4 awhile, since di panaka set ung DSL namin, at kakaassemble klng ng rig ko, seriouly, ayos ang smartbro pagka midnight hnggng gabi, pero paghapon,nag DDC din nmn, nweiz just to share lng nmn no flame intended, gawa kpo sir Thread mo, Sir Mikos, MOds and your Fellow Forumers will surely try to help

Sa wakas may nagpunta din technician pero gaya ng dati
slow connection pa din.

Tapos pinakita ko sa kanya yung speedtest ko, 100KBPS with 500+ ping
tinanong ako kung anong plan ako , sabi ko Plan1699
at sinabi na "Sir pasok pa din pala kayo s speed ng bayantel"

100kbps? Ok na daw? Hindi na ako sumagot. Pero sa totoo lang gusto kong sabihin na "wag mo akong gawing bobo"
Pasalamat sya dahil may pinag aralan ako.

Naayos na ung disconnection problem pero ang bagal pa din. Closed na ulit report ko
paganun ganun lang. Download ko 10kbps lang, connection ko 100kbps, speed ng prepaid card i-net un eh.

Nagkwento lang ako. Sana may isang technician na makayos na talaga nito.

Ayaw ko naman maglipat sa PLDT dahil nakita ko sa isang forum na dami din reklamo sa PLDT.
halos parehas lang dito sa BayanDSL. slow connection, disconnection, high ping. low DL rate.
Sayang ang oras sa pag aapply ulit, sayang ang pera pang down, tapos same result lang din kaya wag na.
dito nalang ako, dami nga lang talaga reklamo.

Bakit kapag nag MANUAL PROXY CONFIGURATION ako
May mga site na ayaw bumukas kahit ang Yahoo?

Already made a request for port reblocking thru COSTUMER SUPPORT.
Hoping for better outcome!

Ask ko lang sa mga naka pagport reblock na, maganda ba talaga resulta ?

Kasi last time na natatandaan ko, may inayos sila sa mga cables ko mula sa poste hanggang sa haus
dun nagsimula ang problema ko eh. 1st 3weeks ko, ok nmn, consistent ang speed. Nung may gumalaw sa mga cable
( kung tutuusin, wala nmn akong pinagagawa sa kanila nuon , bigla nlng my ngpunta dito at nagayos daw ng
mga cables ko. )saka nagloko ang speed ko. Baka mamaya, galawin n nmn nila, mas mapasama ulit.

What I would do in your case is to email them back and tell them that several technicians have visited your house already and yet the problem is not yet fixed. Kulitin mo lang sila. Minsan kasi me mga nagrerequest kagad ng port reblock dahil lang me nag suggest sa kanila before but it is not actually necessary. You need to tell them na ilang beses na me pumuntang technician pero di maayos ayos yung problem. That way the one responding will be prompted to check the history of your account. Nasa pakiki pag usap lang yan sa kanila. Madali din naman silang kausap provided you know how to reason out with them nicely. Angel
