Ang CIR (Committed Information Rate) ng 768kbps ay 300kbps, so within CIR ka pa rin wala silang magagawa dyan maliban na lang kung below CIR ka...

ng col aq kanina umaga sa 181 para follow ko report # 6988704.

eto yong sinabi sakin.

1. close na yong report # ko around 9:00 pm

2. ngkaroon daw ng problem sa facility.

3. nung mg up na siya. close nila agad yong report nung network engineer nila.

na disconnect naman xa!

anu ba pwde gawin deto? yong problema deto nasa bayan na ba? bat hnd mo na nila kino confirm sa client kong ok na? bat kinu close nila agad yong report! kagaya nlang ngaun naulit naman same problem pa rin.












eto naman modem reset! marami talga timeout na lumalabas.

yong sinabi sakin re open daw yong acc# 698704

1. sabi sakin nomal daw yong connection ko wala naman nakikita na problem sa attenuation ko.

2. wala din siya nakikita na problema sa software nila.

3. papatingan nlang daw sa tech nila gamit yong laptop nila.

kong ganito karami lumalabas na timeout sa computer mo. normal pa rin ba? kahit sinasabi na sa bayan wala naman sila nakikita na problema sa software nila.

It maybe some technical or software problems.
Did some tech from bayan called you up or even visited you?
Demand that your problem should be fixed since their ads promises to fix your problems within 24 hrs.
Someone from Bayantel should go to your house and check the error themselves and not let you figure out what's wrong with the internet services they are providing.
Again... where is the GOOD customer support in the service? Not talking
Sometimes all it takes is to get angry so they will give you the proper service you have paid for. But I wish this will not always be the case...

Are you aware of the circumstances and how his thread developed?

While the advise given is applicable to most Forumers, I just hope also you read the thread instead of your pell-mell posting.

I also do hope that you also took care of the spamming issue that the technical support hotline found in your connection. I'm just merely trying to telling Raeycare an advise also based on a similar situation that happened to me too.
Call 181 again since it is the proper channel to all concerns of BAYANTEL customers and should be addressed through that service.

Very good.
In this case you should have been aware that if there is an issue to be stemming from the side of the Forumer like spamming, appropriate actions will be taken like slowing down the connection. All ISPs do this.
I am not saying though that it is still in effect. Only Bayan Moderators can double check that (hence my advise).
The moderators brought this up before.
I just don't know why we did not hear of it already.
GOOD customer support?
You can draw the lines and read between them.
I know you have a good head in between your shoulders.
You should be able to figure out what I mean by this.

I suggest, we wait for the Bayan Moderators to update this thread. That is the only logical thing to do next since I am already going to follow this up. This would be in the best interest of our fellow forumer and hopefully his issue gets resolved the soonest possible time that it can be accommodated.

update ko lang to sa report # ko!

last day pinalitan yong modem ko baka daw yong problem. yong modem ko ngaun ZTE ZXDSL 831 series.

sabi din ni tech baka yong problem nasa bayantel tacloban na kong wala talaga nakikita na problem bayantel manila.

lahat ng sinabi deto sa forum ginawa ko na cguro naman labas na yong pc ko sa problen ng internet ko! tama ba boss mikos?

mayron pumupunta deto na tech sa bahay. kaso yong alam lang niya gawin e check yong linya ng DSL and palitan kong mayron dapat palitan tapos e ping yong DNS 203.115.130.104 & 203.115.130.106. pag marami timeout tumatawag na man siya sa offis nila. dko na alam kong anu pinag uusapan nila.

makikita mo naman sa mga naka post ko! na paulit ulit nlang yong ngyayari na marmi talaga timeout.

results q ngaung araw! anu suggestion para deto? pinalitan na yong modem ko. maraming beses na rin ng fix drop wire!

hmm... try suggesting, (kung d pa niya nagawa) to the tech to check your box inside the house. (not the small white box)
it's the one which connects the wire from the outside post going to your house. baka may loose wire connection doon.

ganno ka haba ba yung wire mo from the small white box of bayantel to your modem?
sometimes pag mahaba yun, it will cause some data loss. yun ang sabi sa akin nung isang tech na nag visit sa house ko a long time ago.

deto aq ngaun sa bayantel dulag. deto kami ngtetest ng internet ko.

direct from opac yong connection ko ngaun. marami talaga timeout na lumalabas.

sa tingin niyo anu mgandang solusyon deto?

cguro port reblocking talaga yong solusyon.


sabi ng technician ngaun kausap niya yong taga bayantel manila tungkol sa problem ng internet connection ko.

yong ginawa lang nila dun nilinisan lang yong port ko.

masasabi ko na deto yong problema talaga nasa bayan!

sinabi ng taga bayantel na ok na daw pero minomonitor q pa rin ngkakaroon pa rin ng timeout at napuputol pa rin.

parang pinagloloko lang ata aq ng mga tga bayantel neto? follow up niyo naman toh! deto pa rin aq sa bayantel dulag.

ilan RTO ba yan? ping test continuously mo un DNS niyo diyan wag muna site... port reblocked done 1519Hr.

yon nga results ko ngaun ngkakaroon pa rin ng disconnection. marami pa rin timeout na lumalabas.

yong pini ping ko ngaun sa DNS na yan!

yong mga nka post ko 1st dis connection and 2nd disconnection na yan.
pagkatapos mg reblock yan ang nakuha kong results may timeout pa rin.

update q lang toh.

tumawag aq kanina umaga para e report ulit na puputol yong internet connection ko. pina pa open ko yong report # ko 7099364 kasi close na siya kahapon pah kaso ayaw aq payagan kasi posted na daw. kaya bnigyan aq bagong report # 7110744. bago aq bnigyan ng reset mo na ng modem.

paki follow ulit! hndi na eto ordinary case paulit ulit nlang kasi.

last nyt result ko! marami pa rin timeout na lumalabas!
