malapit lang kami dalawang bahay lang pagitan bayantel office na. makikita mo naman sa layout ko!
mayron pa rin timeout! paki check nalng baka mgclose ulit report ko na wala pang nagagawa.

tulong naman paki explain lang yong mga sasabihin ko eto madalas sinasabi sakin ng taga bayantel pag tumatawag deto sa bahay. pag kinu confirm nila yong report ko!
1st coll tungkol eto sa opac
congested daw
ililipat daw sa ibang shell
shared connection daw kami kaya bumabagal.
sinabi din sakin may problema daw sila sa opac deto sa bayantel dulag. tanung ko lang ha? sa tagal kona ngrereklamo bat hndi pa nila inaayos kong tlaga may sira ng matapos na yong problema. dba?

may problem daw sa bayantel tac yong e1 nila ng etermittent daw. kaya yon daw ang problema kaya tatawagan aq ulit kong maayos nila.
anu pa yong ibang way para ma trace mo kong may problema sa internet connection?
sinasabi din eto sakin bat q daw pini ping yong DNS 203.115.130.104 & 203.115.130.106. yon kasi gnagawa ng technician kaya gnagaya q lang. kong marami tlaga timeout na lumalabas sa DNS ibig sabhin niyan nasa bayan yong problema tama ba sinabi ko?

yeap forwarded at tacloban engineer,... per checking monitored shelf 2 ECN intermittent.. hindi buong OPAC or facilities...

opac na cinsabi ko na mayron probelma yong deto sa bayantel dulag. mayron kasi na bnangGit dati at kahapon yong taga bayantel na mayron pa sila problema sa opac.
yong tinatanung ko bat hndi nila inaayos? kong congested nah. tapos marami pa ngpapakabit ng DSL.
anu ibig sabihin sa per checking monitored shelf 2 ECN intermittent?
update q lang din sa report # ko. anu ba yong sinabi sa report o solsuyon nila?

i think it's working fine... one RTO is ok.. it means hindi lang agad sumagot si switch sayo kasi busy siya...

mayron aq naka post na tracert sa results ko. tinatanung ko kong panu ba malalaman kong may problema hndi naman sinasagot?

I come on occasions pag hindi siya sumagot. He has provided you some technical stuff na din. Since I cannot add anything to it, I stand by what he has posted.
As for the RTO and tracerts, I am sorry raeycare but I do not use those tools in terms of troubleshooting problems with the DSL. I only use them if I want to check consistency on the line using unlimited ping (but I use a minimum of 4 sites to before concluding anything), and when checking for latency (tracert and ping test). But for slow speeds, I still rely on the speed test and the feedback I am getting from technical support, lalo na yung SNR and Att ng line. I cannot blame you though since wala kang background sa DSL technical stuff.
Simplify mo na lang. Use the speedtest. Kung mababa yung nakukuha mo dun, then mabagal talaga yung connection. For intermittent connections, check your DSL light always. This will indicate what is the real status of your connection. If you still want to use the ping test, I suggest you use at least 3-4 sites. An intermittent line will give constant results no matter which site you ping.

An intermittent line will give constant results no matter which site you ping." c boss khupalkah hndi naman cinasagot lahat ng mga tanung ko mayron lang siya sinasagot pero hndi lahat.hehe tungkol sa RTO naman yon lang basihan ko pag mabagal yong internet connection ko pag marami RTO na lumalbas sa pag ping. mabagal internet ko o d kaya putol - putol na internet ko. yong sites lang na madalas marami timeout google at yahoo lang yong ibang sites may timeout kaso d man sunod - sunod kagaya sa yahoo at google. sa speedtest naman. yong speed results ko ngaun umaabot 700 kbps pataas. pag marami timeout na lumalabas umaabot 300 kbps pababa speed ko. minsan wala msayado timeout pero mababa pa rin speed results ko. sa DSL light naman pag napuputol internet connection ko kahit naka connect ka pa rin sa internet hndi ng blink - blink yong DSL light niya steady lang. yong ginagawa ko nlang reconnect ulit. tanong ko nlang din. yong mga sumasagot sa 181 assistance mayron din ba background sa computer o internet kagaya niyo? minsan kasi sa pag rereport ko malayo yong mga sagot sa tanung mo.
