follow q eto sa report # na 04181152
tumawag aq ngaun sa 181 para e check kong anu ba cinabi ng technician tungkol deto.
eto yong results.
upon checking daw! pag check ng internet connection ko nag normalize daw kaya cinabi ng technician na walang problema. tapos ngtanung kong anu ba yong problema, cinabi na slow speed of downloading and browsing. balak kasi palitan ulit ng modem kaso sinabi ng kapatid ko baka wala pa rin mangyari baka sa inyo yong problema. kaya wala siya ginawa para masabi na may inayos sila.
etong prob ko matagal na toh pabalik balik lang na problema. cguro na man mga boss may sagot na kayo tungkol deto?
pwde q rin e post deto yong results ko sa anime site ngaun at nung ng reklamo aq kaya nabigyan aq report # 04101152 makikita niyo pinagkaiba.
yong ibnag tanung ko deto hndi na sagot ni boss mikos. baka pwde niyo explain yong iba kong cnu maa my alam sa inyo tungkol dun. curios lang poh!

Based on the speedtest results posted, your Download/Upload speed is well within range of the 768kbps to 1.2mb packages of bayan and also your latency is on the average. The extensive lines of ping tests doesn't quite show that you have an intermittent line. Timeouts do occur from time to time also on my end pero hindi naman sunod-sunod so I guess normal din po yun pingtest results if compared to mine. However, I am unable to comment on the firefox download speed screenshot kasi the file(firefox 3.6) you are trying to download is only around 7-8mb so bago pa umangat ang inyong download speed(which was at 14.2KB/s) ay siguradong matapos na po ang inyong download at that rate of speed.
I'm pretty sure malaki po ang pinagbago ng performance ng inyong computer after the reinstallation. Try to download something bigger from download.com like a popular antivirus or any software you might find handy then capture a screenshot halfway through the process. Average download speed ko po dyan is at 30-40KB/s pero minsan umaabot ng 80-85KB/s.
Regarding naman po dun sa browsing problem ninyo, nakakaranas kami ng problems na ganyan dito lately lalo na pag patay sindi yun proxy ng skyinet na ginagamit namin. Yun solution po na ginawa ko dito sa amin is to use opendns. Check it out if you have time - www.opendns.com, it's free and has plenty of useful features lalo na if you have kids around the house.

mga boss! eto yong normal na speed ng internet ko. pag bumama yong speed ko 300 kbps pababa mabagal na yan. pag tumatawag aq sa 181 para mag report na mabagal yong speed o downloading sa internet ko sasabihin lang na normal daw para sa plan 899. eto yong palagi ko sinasabi sa forum. na iba naman yong pag kakaintindi ng mga taga bayantel tac tungkol sa internet speed na sinasabi ko. eto sinabi sakin dati wala daw pernament na DSL speed deto sa lugar namin kong sino may malaking plan sa DSL siya mkakagamit na mabilis na internet kaya babagal yong ibang gumagamit. bibilis lang internet pag kunti lang gumagamit. eto naman tanung ko. 1. yong mga previous post ko na mrami timeout na lumalabas sa DNS. anu kaya sanhi nun? pag marami timeout dun na bumabagal internet ko. 2. mayron din aq naka post deto na marami aq timeout na lumalabas sa DNS. ng mag col aq sa 181 para mag report wala sila makita na problema sa system nila pero deto sa results ng pag ping ko may timeout na sunod-sunod. ibig sabhin ba neto yong makikita lang sa system ni bayan pag putol na internet mo? 3. sa downloading naman. kong mabilis talaga internet ko hndi lang 14kb yong makukuha ko. Based dun sa screenshots ng download progress mo, your download speed is well above average meaning napakabilis na po nyan (already at 90+KB/s) for a direct http download.
Yun tanong mo naman regarding sa timeouts sa facebook, normal lang naman magkaron ng timeouts as long as hindi sunod-sunod. Kung maging tuloy-tuloy po kasi ang timeouts, its either you have no internet connection(disconnected) or the server you are trying to reach is down at the moment.
Regarding your query about the disconnection, gaano po ba kadalas kayo ma-disconnect? Also please indicate your average usage of internet in hours.
for ex.
- Using the internet 8 hours a day. Sa loob ng 8 hours you got disconnected how many times?
Kasi po maski 3 to 4 disconnections a day ay considered na normal parin. Kung sunod-sunod na disconnections ang nangyayari at tipong di nyo na po magamit ang inyong internet ay obviously meron na pong problema sa connection.

boss xaero minsan pa nga umaabot pa 150 to 170 ung download speed ko kaya kong ngdonwload na movies natatapos agad. ngaun sa 6 na site na pini ping ko wala aq makita na timeout na lumalabas at yong MS nila mababa kaysa dati. sa DNS nlang mayron timeout na lumalabas. kaya nga ngpopost aq ng mga results deto para ma e compare sa ibang forumer o mods. kong same din sa results ko yong results nila. tanung ko lang. 1. boss xaero ng ping kna ba sa DNS jan sa lugar niyo? mat timeout ba na lumalabas? 2. makiita m naman sa mga screenshoots results ko dati na halos kada minuto may timeout na lumalabas. masasabi mo ba na normal yong mga results ko dati o hindi? boss xaero tungkol sa open DNS. na try kuna ka hapon ng sign up me. kaylangan ba palagi naka log - in sa OPENDNS account mo bago gumamit ng internet? ng download din aq OPENDNS upadater. Nag ping test ako sa dns, meron din timeouts na average ay isa kada isang minuto. I believe normal lang naman po yon. Another thing is di naman sya applicable sa amin since opendns nga ang gamit namin.
Yun disconnections na nararanasan mo ay normal lang din yan kasi di naman tuloy tuloy. May napansin lang akong isang bagay dun sa status ng ethernet mo, parang meron symbol ng "limited or no connectivity".
Not that big a deal since you are not using a router pero pwede ka mag set ng static IP sa local area connection mo para mawala ang ganyan status. Lagyan mo ng lang ng maski 169.254.161.10 or anything in between.
With regards sa opendns, there is no need to login your account everytime you use the internet. Just leave the updater running sa taskbar, Bahala na yun OpenDns updater mag-update ng IP address in your
OpenDns account settings tuwing connected sa net.

boss mikos. help me! na recieve mo ba yong email q sayo? papatingnan ko lang sayo kong same ba sa results mo yong mga results ko. wala aq prob sa speed sa ngaun yong DNS timeout lang marami kasi lumalabas. follow up din etong report # 04181152. sa bayan customersupport@bayan.com.ph wala sila natatanggap na email galing sakin at wala din aq reply natatanggap galing sa kanila. maraming beses na aq ngCcend wala pa rin.
