OK nag testing na ako...
at eto yung results...
Im using GLOBELINS DSL 2mb Businessl StaticGLOBE ROOM 1 BAYANTEL ROOM 4  BAYANTEL ROOM 2 
then i switched back to using my main BAYANTEL 1MB NETBASICthen i entered GLOBE ROOM 1  Can anyone care to explain???
Bakit if naka Bayantel ako pag pumasok ako sa Bayantel room mababa ang pings pero pag sa Globe room ang taas... WALA kahit mga 100-400 pings...
PERO bakit if naka GLOBE ako at mumasok ako on both room meron mga mababang pings...

Natural lang po yan na mataas ang ping ng bayantel sa globe dahil 1mbps lang na ginamit sa net cafe. Kung single pc lang at walang download tingin ko medyo ok yan

 ok na yang ping ko sa globo ... stable naman na below 100ms sila..(baka mas mababa pa kung indi naka open yung torrent ko) sa bayantel room mas ok pa ata... 30ms lang ehh

in the end.. kahit naka netbasic pa gamit mo... ehh kung sangkatutak na computer naman gumagamit sa internet, ehh mas maganda na kumuha ka nang higher internet plans..
dahil sakin, meron ata 2-3 users na gumagamit, puro basic internet lang gawa nila (facebook, friendster) ehh ok na sakin homeplan ok pa latency ko sa globo hahaha..
wait sa 1mb net basic. good for 3computers lang yan. pag dumami pa yan congested problem na yan. to be short, its you fault using too many computers that connection cant handle

i have done an extensive analysis kung bakit kung naka GLOBE ako at pagpasok ko sa BAYANTEL room meron users na meron mababang ping...
what i have found out was...
1. MOST of the users that have GREEN pings ARE NOT BAYANDSL users... most of them are GLOBEDSL users and OTHER ISP (yung mga smaller ISP - like DIGITEL, etc)
2. ALMOST ALL of the BLUE and DARK BLUE PINGS are BAYANDSL users...
3. BAYANTEL ROOMS are filled with OTHER ISP users other than BAYANTEL... dahil siguro yung BAYANTEL ROOMS are easily accessible (nasa top ng list) kaya kahit di mga bayan users dun pumapasok... also yung ibang SMALLER ISP seems to have GOOD PING with BAYAN...
4. I tried TRACING all the GREEN PING users on BAYANTEL ROOM 1 to 5 (SUNDAY MARCH 7 around 2pm to 4pm)... and i ONLY found around 10 ACTUAL BAYANTELDSL users na GREEN PING pag naka GLOBE ako... and around ONLY 8 of them have BOTH GREEN PINGS when using BAYANTEL or GLOBE DSL...
5. MERONG SPECIFIC IP BLOCK lang ng BAYAN ang MAGANDA ang PINGS both from BAYANTEL and GLOBE DSL...
and also bakit pag naka BAYANTEL ako pag pasok ko sa GLOBE room HALOS LAHAT MATAAS ang PING (swerte na kung meron 1 or 2 na mababang PING) ay dahil:
1. HALOS LAHAT ng USERS ng GLOBE ROOMS are ALL GLOBE DSL users.
2. meron lang 1 or 2 ang naliligaw na nakakapasok sa GLOBE ROOMS na hindi naman globe users...
KAYA IMO tama yung sinabi ni KUHPALKA...
walang interconnection ng DATA sa GLOBE at BAYAN*...
*read #5
225 users per ROOM
255 x 5 = 1125 total user sa ROOM 1 to 5... pero 8 BAYAN users lang ang GREEN ping ko using GLOBE DSL... pretty small IMO...

WHY? naka PROXY po kasi yung BROWSERS ko at yung Chatting programs...

you said na naka dual wan ka right? if im not mistaken you said it earlier that youre running in dual wan in your router...
in come of dual wan, is there any kind of feature that you can re-route all data from from specific address to specific WAN? dahil ang alam ko.. meron 2 mode and dual wan.. backup mode and shared mode:
backup mode is used when the primary WAN is in-accessible
shared mode will used both WAN connections
i cant really think how did you done it on your router.. only possible lang yan kung merong kang home made router na ma kikita sa google. dahil meron silang WAN management.
or im just outdated dude.. lol
and FYI din.. kahit pang gaming lang yan.. kung maraming gumagamit nyan, isa lang kalalabasan nyan... lag or mataas latency choose what you want.. yan kasi madalas problem sa mga shops. talagang sinisiksik nila yung bandwidth na kahit alam natin na di pweda ang ganayan..
and if im not mistaken sa mga netopia shops.. meron silang dual wan.. business type na PLDT 5mbps? yes sa sobrang dami nang computer dun halos di na makaya kahit dalawang 5mbps.. isa sa mga na serbisan kong shop nun. meron silang 30 pairs of computer with dual wan.. minsan di na kinakaya dahil sa load nang mga cutomers and traffic sa internet.
ohh forgot, sarcasm sorry..

actually sir di lang isa yung lanshop ko...
total in all...
we have:
1 Bayan 2mb business
2 Bayan 1mb business (netbasic)
1 Bayan Plan 2699
1 Bayan Plan 899
meron din ako dalawang globe isa business at isang residential (both 2mbps) <<<< eto yung tinetest ko... to confirm yung sinasabi ni sir oisilener1982 (dahil naka GLOBE kasi siya)
currently 3 sa shops ang naka dual wan... gamit Dlink LB604 router...
pero yung sinasabi ko na 1mb netbasic hindi po yun naka DUAL WAN...
naka 1MB static yung gateway... pero naka PROXY yung browser sa isang DUAL wan router na naka 1mb bayan at 2mb globe...
24units yung pero kaya ng 1mb kasi naka proxy...
ALAM ko me doubts ka na kaya ng 1mb netstatic ang 24units kahit naka PROXY pa yung browsing... PERO KAYA PO... i have 1st hand experience...
kahit pa siguro 50units IMO i can make a 1MB connection WORK... LAG FREE... basta nga naka PROXY sa ibang ISP yung mga bandwidth heavy applications...
also di lang po redirecting to proxy yung ginagawa ko... i also installed bandwidth limiting programs (para incase may game na mga PAPATCH di nya kakainin yung 1mb) and i also installed EXE blocking programs to prevent anyone from installing peer2peer programs,etc...
sorry medyo subra nang OT...
I'LL POST A EXTENSIVE PROOF NA BAYAN DOES NOT HAVE DIRECT INTERCONNECTION WITH GLOBE IN GARENA...

Using a GLOBE 2mb connection... i entered GLOBE ROOM 1... Madaming Green pings...
then i entered BAYAN ROOM 4... TRACED all GREEN PING...
sa COUNT ko
Destiny - 1
Globe - 2
Digitel - 2
Bayan - 20+
i stopped counting nung na 20+ na ang bayantel...
Conclusion: I WAS WRONG...When using GLOBE ISP at papasok ka sa BAYANTEL rooms... maganda yung pings na makukuha mo with SOME* BAYANDSL users...
SOME pero NOT ALL... but STILL marami parin... AROUND 50% more or less sa TOTAL ROOM population...
additional...
So far i have tried two (2) Nebasic 1MB account at one (1) Plan 899 account ng BAYAN...
PERO so FAR sa lahat ng TEST... pag pasok ko sa GLOBE GARENA ROOMS... LAHAT ng PING unplayable...
I'm thinking of getting another GLOBE connection.... and "maybe" downgrading my bayan account...

baka meron bottle neck ang globo kaya ganun... mabait kasi ang Bayan ehhh...
nga pala.. ang ping dapat ginagawa both ends... pag sa gaming naman dapat magkalapit lang yung average latency nyo pareho
maaring ang accept nang connection to GLOBE and BAYANTEL is good..
pero may probs ka na sa BAYANTEL to GLOBE ,,,
ehh si globe na problem dyan dahil mabgal ang response nila while BAYANTEL mabilis ang response..
and PING is ginagamit kung gaano kabilis nakakapunta ang request mo dun sa destination (its destination dependent kung gaanu ito kabilis) and then si Bayantel na yung nag ping then pumunta sya kay Globe
mas maganda na mag pinpoint ka kung saan talaga problem...
dun ba kay globo oh bayantel
ilang hops kay bayan nung nag tracert ka ay kay globo?
iba iba po kasi ang routing point na pedeng i assign sa transmission natin (TCP/IP rule)

Narmenia, your browsers will still use your DSL tunnel. Kaya kahit naka proxy yan, it will still pass thru the same 1mbps tunnel that you have. Using the proxy does not add an additional bandwidth to your 1mbps since it will pass thru the same tube. Maiiba lang ang route niya.
Bottom line, I will understand if there are no inter connections between ISPs. After all this is a business. Each ISP will protect its own interest. We cannot fault them for that since it is in the law.

192.168.1.1 >>> naka DUAL WAN | Netbasic 1MB + Globe business 2MB
yung gaming ko diretso sa 192.168.1.2
pero yung browsers ko naka proxy sa proxy server ko... yung proxy server naman naka set na dun gagamit sa 192.168.1.1
kaya imo yung mga sinasabi na kaya mataas ping ko sa GLOBE dahil 1MB lang gamit ko is irrelevant...
