happy playing? The question is which server? Bayantel's? Blizzard's? or one of the servers where the packet are routed to? 2am-10am also mean that majority of any internet users (that share a similar timezone) are sleeping. If it's in the blizzard servers then wouldn't it mean that all players should be experiencing it? I checked the forums and there are only a few who complaints about the latency issue, I haven't found any in my realm Barthilas. (btw just logged, currently 9am and my latency is at 600ms) Will try to chat up some pinoys I know in the realm I'm playing and ask if they are having latency issues as well and what DSL they're using.

San ko ba nabasa un, or dito ba sa thread na to, pero somebody said there seems to be a general problem with the route that goes through LA. If you also read that official WOW forum thread the blue poster (mod) there says it's a peer issue. Once the packets are being handed over they drop like flies forcing the connection to resend hence the latency issues.
Kung ganun dapat daw i-contact ng Bayan ung mga peer network/ISP nila so this can be sorted out. They are partners after all so "it's outside of our network, we can't do anything about this" is not a valid response for Bayan.

maybe they dont check the forums? can the moderators pass this to the IT guys?
reconfig lang pag-kuha ng ip.. it isnt really that hard to do parang nagaayos lang ng router

hi! i thought i was the only one experiencing this kind of problem and it also happened during feb 19, afternoon. i play on blackrock and the ping suddenly reaches 700-1000 making raiding impossible. bayan should definitely do something about this, with the amount of uproar they have on the forums....

Bayan service should be going better and not degrading. Main point: We had no issues before and suddenly this happened.

It affects all the realms since our route is through the same ip between Bayan and AT&T. I did a traceroute to each and every datacenter and yielded similar results. Except the one in Seattle. which is like 1/4 the servers of WoW.

You guys have any new news about this? I'm still having the same issue at the moment (currently 600ms in Dalaran and 600ms-1k ms in 5 man dungeons)
btw anong ginagawa nyo ngayong hindi maganda ang latency sa WoW since di makapag raid?
